I love Starbucks usually. They were out of more than half of their breakfast items! No bagels, oatmeal, yogurt or danishes and only 1 breakfast sandwich in stock per their online ordering system. Not cool. We went somewhere else for a quick breakfast. Ordered drink.

I went into to get my coffee for me and my shop today and I had a list of everything i wanted and I got charged for an extra coffee I did not even ask for and 2 of my coffees were remade 4 times each and I still did not get the right stuff. Some needs to train their EMPLOYEES better!!!!

Stopped in around 6:30AM today to get Venti, Carmel Frappuccino with 2 shots of Expresso. The Bariesta on duty, did not follow the correct recipe as you can see from the attached picture. There is a lot pf product left in the mixer which means that my expresso shots were diluted. It also means that there is more waste than there should be costing the owner money.I've previously commented that I think this is one of the worst managed Starbucks that I have gone to, but it's convenient location keeps me coming back..

This is probably one of the worst run Starbucks that I have been in. On this visit they couldn't make any Frappuccinos because they were out of product. I always get the same thing a Venti, Carmel Frappuccino, 2% Milk, no whip cream with 2 expresso shots. More than once, when there is two peope working, I've had to tell them to remove the whipped cream, even though it was clearly marked on the cup "No Whip". I've gotten my Venti in a Trenta cup, they were out of Venti cups, which makes it look like you are getting 1/3 less than what you ordered. I've also gotten down a watered drinks, which happens when you see a considerable amount left in the blender after they have filled your cup. The only thing that keeps me coming back to this location is what you learn in Marketing 101, one of the most important things in starting a retail business is Location, Location, Location.

I had been a customer of Starbucks for decades and I was absolutely thrilled when they decided to start having stores down here in North Carolina! Where else can you go and have great coffee and great WiFi while talking to super nice people that you just meant . I have never been to a bad one ever! I highly recommend this place to all!!

Very busy Starbucks and for some reason they don't call out your name when your beverage is made and put on the counter. Customers touching other peoples drinks trying to see what name is on them. Total mess. Manager please be advised.
