Used to be my favorite now they can’t get mobile orders right. I ordered a Trenta and they handed me a grande. I let them know and they just poured the grande into the Trenta cup and added only more strawberry açaí juice no more ice or lemonade and I had a room temperature drink that was nasty on a hot day. I will never use this location again. This isn’t the first time in the last few months I had a bad experience. Go to the military cutoff Starbucks!

This place helped me make it through many tough days with the Mega Refreshers made with green tea and banana bread slices? Service is exceptional and atmosphere was intriguing. Wish I could have sat for a bit☺️
Wow, I use to visit this store almost daily but switched to Port City Java about 10mo ago and being back to this store today reminds me why I left. The prices are insane. $2-$3 more than Port City Java, the music is so loud my top of the line noise cancelling ear buds can't block it out, and the food is mostly sold out. After 3 different food choices being sold out I gave up, took my $7 mediocre medium drink that was as suppose to be extra hot but is more like room temp and went to find a seat to work. All the tables available were dirty so I grabbed napkins to wipe off a place to sit and decided I've seen enough. See ya never, Starbuck✌? Port City Java, forgive my momentary lapse in judgement ?? I learned my lesson quick.

I've been to this location a few times and had great interactions with the staff. My most recent experience was an order ahead from the app, and they had my drink ready in under 5 minutes despite having a long line of cars at the drive through.I also like the art and layout of the tables. It's a standout location.
