This is the best Starbucks in town! The accommodations inside are very comfortable with plenty of seating and style options. The outdoor patio is spacious and comfortable. A little loud right by the road, but that's unavoidable in Wilmington for the most part. The toilets are always clean. What I love most is the service here. Jen and Jessica are GREAT, along with the rest of the staff who are efficient. Always warm with a smile and friendly.

Always enjoy the drinks here and the staff is friendly. However, one of the baristas would break out into singing every few minutes quite loudly during my visit today, which was mildly annoying and disruptive to the atmosphere.

I was involved in a hit and run this morning on my way to get my Starbucks order. I was over an hour late and Jen and the amazing ladies that were working today remade my order and were so kind to me . This location is by far the best in all of Wilmington and the staff truly made my horrible day a little better .

This is a new location but the sanitary grade should be D, first they didn't double cup my hot coffee then I went to get some raw sugar packs, the paper packs were all soggy like someone had poured their drink on them and no one had replaced the packets, then I went to get a refill on my coffee, instead of trashing the cup and giving me a fresh one they took the old single cup and refilled it and gave it back to me, 1 star all day. My coffee also was lame with the milk not properly foamy just poured in with minimal foam. very busy location.

I accidentally left this review on a different Starbies - whoops! THIS is my favorite Starbucks location. I go there quite frequently on my commute to work each morning - I typically do a mobile order & do drive through pick-up. Besides my coffee always being reliably tasty, (my drinks always slay), all the baristas in the morning have been so friendly & lovely - and that’s tough first thing in the AM! They remember who I am, my name, and one in particular always remembers the small details (thanks girl!) - makes me look forward to going. And truly starts my day off on the right foot. 🫶🏼
