Employees always are late, coffee never done on time, just not opening on time, most employees are not friendly like I’ve come to expect from literally EVERY Starbucks I’ve ever been. Tighten up y’all!

Order a venti espresso and I got less than half of the venti cup size while I’m paying for a venti. Asked the barista and she said because I asked for only 3 expresso shots and light ice so I get less than half of the venti cup size. Wow!!!?

No napkins in the shop, made it difficult to eat my sandwich.When I went up for a coffee refill, I was ignored by both baristas. Then I asked for a refill I was told she was busy making a drink for someone else. This happened early on a Sunday morning.

Anthony needs a raise. I finally looked at his name tag to write this review. He is ALWAYS so kind and positive when I'm there! I'm grateful when he's my barista! Puts you in good mood instantly.
