Order a venti espresso and I got less than half of the venti cup size while I’m paying for a venti. Asked the barista and she said because I asked for only 3 expresso shots and light ice so I get less than half of the venti cup size. Wow!!!?

No napkins in the shop, made it difficult to eat my sandwich.When I went up for a coffee refill, I was ignored by both baristas. Then I asked for a refill I was told she was busy making a drink for someone else. This happened early on a Sunday morning.
