They make good coffee but everytime I ask for cold foam they give me the smallest amount. Why am I paying extra for something they barely put on?? I mean the coffee is good they're always friendly but dang they never give me the cold foam.... so annoying

Love Starbucks and love the strawberry açaí refresher. And I typically have a good experience. But since when do we not get completely full drink? As you can see by the Best Buy in the background, I just pulled out of the drive through, didn’t even take a sip, and the drink isn’t full. This hasn’t happened too many times, just a little disappointing. Still love the drink though!!

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this Starbucks. The service was painfully slow, even though the store wasn’t particularly busy. It took far too long to get a simple order, and the staff didn’t seem in any rush to improve the pace. Additionally, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, as several homeless individuals were occupying tables for extended periods, creating an unpleasant vibe. While I understand the importance of community spaces, it felt poorly managed and didn’t make for an enjoyable experience. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

First & last time I’ll be at this Starbucks. Sat down to study & a fair skinned lady came up to me and said “I’m sorry but we require you to get a drink if you want to sit here.” I responded by letting her know I was going to order a drink on the app. Bc of my indecisiveness it took me longer than normal to decide what I wanted to order and when I wanted to order it. Eventually, another worker, Destiney, comes up to me and says “We have a new policy that we need you to order something to be able to use one of our tables.” As I responded “one of the other girls already told me and I let her know I was ordering on the app.” With an attitude she responds “well it’s been 40 minutes” when it most had not even been that long & I said “yeah I actually already ordered it on the app” as she proceeds to say “Oh really? What’s the name honey” gave her my name & although she thought I was lying, my order was already ready, I just hadn’t grabbed it yet. Honestly just think this policy is ridiculous in the first place but for two girls to come up to me about it and Destiney being extremely rude, I just got up and left. I was at a different Starbucks earlier this morning and not a single person said anything about me not ordering anything. Would’ve been totally fine with it if she hadn’t been so rude. Def will be going to another coffee shop

Always order shaken expresso light ice (less ice a little more milk), nearly daily from this location. Today after ordering, the person at the window trys handing over a drink 80%ice and when rejected; the manager walks over literally screaming through the windows that it can't be ordered or served that way but will make an exception today. Then makes a show of gathering all the employees and lecturing them that this item can't be light ice, while staring us down through the window. (Note: the rest of the staff was fine, in fact I almost felt sorry for them working under that person.)

This is the coffee shop closest to my campus and work so I end up stopping through this Starbucks a lot. It seems like this place is always slammed with drive-thru lines out of the parking lot, so the fact that the whole place runs as smoothly as it does is a miracle of modern science. I’d run out of characters thanking every fantastic barista I usually see there, so shout out Feliza who made my drink this morning and has had nothing but good energy since the first time I visited. If anyone from corporate actually reads these she needs to secure a bag. The same goes for Destiny, Michael, Kori, Maddie, and the rest of the team (I’m running out of characters for real) I went to another location in Raleigh on accident a couple of months ago and compared to this location it was like being stuck in a Squid Game. Do you like coffee, tea, lemonades, or baked goods, but hate the feeling of being stuck in a Squid Game? Me too. This is the only Starbucks for me and it should be the only Starbucks for you, too.

This was the WORST experience at a Starbucks I have ever experienced. My mom couldn’t even get her order out of her mouth at the drive through with out Feliza cutting her off. I was trying to help her order and this woman was so impatient and rude that I just wanted to leave. I understand people have bad days but as soon as we started to order she was so rude just because it was taking my mom some time to figure out how to order her drink. Even when we got to the window she kept rushing her to pay and speaking so snippy and ugly. I won’t be back to this location. Very poor customer service!

I typically go through the Starbucks right before I go to school this morning the lady at the window, a slightly chubby your girl was in charge and I let her know that I had enough stars to redeem for a free warm sandwich, but her reply was simply no, no.. It was very condescending, and after she handed me my drink, she was silent. There was no thank thank you have a nice day... Nothing, I love the fact that this is a very fast Starbucks, but that chubby girl should not be in charge at the drive-through, very rude and condescending

Ordered a nitro cold brew in the app for counter pickup. Waited 15 minutes after expected ready time for them to tell me that the nitro cold brew was down.

Of the last four trips I’ve made to this location 4 of my orders are wrong through the drive. I make sure to speak slowly and enunciate.
I repeat my order back to the barista. Yet when I get up to the window, the order is right on the tags but when I sip it as I’m already down the road, it’s never correct.
Save yourself the hassle and drive the distance to the Eastwood Rd location.

A waste of time and disappointment first thing in the morning is what you can expect if you go here. We are out of filters to make a pour over is the excuse that they had because nobody orders a pour over as much since we got machines ?? sounds like the store needs better management
