Let me start by saying, my first visit to this location was amazing but this time the Service was very mediocre. Cashier basically dismissed my older and added ingredients to my drink that I didn’t ask for. It looked as if I had poppyseeds sprinkled on the top of my drink. Worst service ever and this was my second and last visit.

One of the best Starbucks experiences I've had. It was nice to see everyone working together and having pleasant conversations amongst each other. Positive atmosphere and I love the Impossible breakfast sandwiches!!

The service here has gone way down hill since Christmas. The barista this morning was very rude! I sent in a mobile order like I do almost every morning and lately I always have to wait when I get there. Going to have to find another coffee shop that appreciates my business, which is sad because I have lived SB for years and have been a rewards member for years!

Not going to lie the service here just keeps getting worse. The employees just keep getting ruder. I purchased two drinks, I came in to ask them to shake the drinks more for me. I got an eye roll and nothing else. The other girl was condescending to me when she asked “ You want me to shake them?” responded yes. As the girl who gave me the eye roll and silence starts to chuckle at me. Now mind you I just got two drinks the looked like they straight up where drank out of. All I wanted was the drinks to be shaken again. Not the rude and condescending attitudes. And kudos to the employees that every time I walk in they are nice and have a smile. Believe it or not they do have some very nice employees.
This Starbucks is how I start my work day nearly everyday... Fantastic service, my order is never wrong and they have a super quick drive thru! The manager is great too, shout out to Tyler! ?
Today, as so often, Mel attentively took my order for a Christmas BlendPour-over. They did a great job. It’s always a pleasure to visit this Starbucks.
