SUPER NOISY!!! I guess the restaraunt next door has been remodeling or something, for the past 6 months, and it really annoying! If they are going to use hammer drills and othe very loud equipment, I don't see why they can't that when their neighboring business isn't open. I'm also not going to the new restaurant because they have made themselves such a giant PIA!!!!!!! Sick of going to this Starbucks!!

I had such an awful experience!! I was waiting to have my order taken for like 5 minutes and when the girl came over (I think her name was amber) she was so rude, rolling her eyes and she made my drink wrong and refused to fix it! Every other time I’ve come in I’ve had a great experience with all the other baristas but I will no longer be returning and spending my money here!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this location is the worst, most dysfunctional Starbucks I have ever been to. I have tried so many times to give it the benefit of the doubt, but not once has my drink been made correctly. Most of the time it’s the wrong drink entirely. As other reviewers have mentioned, I don’t even bother stopping at this location and based on the low traffic at peak times, I am not the only customer to give up on it. The employees are nice but don’t seem to know or care what they’re doing? The state of this franchise is literally just confusing. I’m not sure how it’s operating at such a low performance level without an onslaught of corporate complaints. It takes A lot for me to write a review, but this is probably the 5th time I’ve given them another shot and received the wrong drink. If this franchise owner doesn’t do something this location is going to be out of business fast.

understaffed, or someone just doesn’t think to have 2 people working in the morning so someone can take orders and someone be making drinks, my drink wasn’t even made correctly after standing in line waiting for about 10 minutes but i don’t even blame the worker they were so stressed seeing all the people in line pile up while they’re scrambling to take orders and make drinks and food, shame on whoever makes the schedule, it’s busy season.

red hair w the grown out roots, im lookin at you. not friendly, has the potential to bite!! she looked like she wanted to smack us but that would have taken too much effort.the iced coffees didn’t buss as much as they should’ve post-sunrise. the starbucks inside the harris teeter across hoggard always hits? they put their EVERYTHING into those drinks.i feel like there should’ve been more staff though. i could name drop, but i won’t!i kinda like when yall don’t make conversation with me so that was definitely a plus?

After ordering inside we watched the staff service the car line for 20 minutes before serving us 3 drinks. Guess we should have stayed in our car.
