I attempted to order online to pick-up in store, but the website would only let me order for delivery. My online order, which included a $30 delivery fee, was confirmed. Fifteen minutes after my order was to be delivered someone called from the restaurant to ask when the third party would be there to pick my order up? Why on Earth would I pay Subway a $30 delivery fee then arrange for someone else to deliver my order?! Then someone called DoorDash to deliver my order, and the delivery guy prompted ME for payment!

On gang I'm scared to go back. This 800 year old white woman disrespected me when I went to order 2 subs and she happily served the homeless guy or construction worker who was in front of me. I love subway and subway sandwiches but this old woman ruined both my restaurant experience and my fooltong. There is another employee who works there that was great but this one reptile ruined it for the rest of the years that I will live near this restaurant. I'd rather go to food lion than mess with the sphinx over at this subway. No thanks.

Either the employees are standing at the door smoking, or they’re closed. There’s better subs and sandwiches downtown. Stay away from this mismanaged place.

I was in Wilmington for work on January 9, 2023 , placed an order through the subway app for the location at 306 N Front St. When I get to the store , I see a sign on the door that says "closed on Monday" , phone number listed on the website is out of service . So I paid for food I never received and can't get any response from Subway

You can craft a decent sub at this location ... only when they are open. There is never enough workers though. and often closing early. Very frustrating ... I'm sure the Island Mex restaurant next door capitalizes on Subways inconsistencies.

An elderly racist employee named Barbra works there. Although I ordered a portion of turkey meat, She rudely tried to make me pay for an entire sub. Even her coworkers weren’t impressed by her attitude and rudeness. Another coworker tried to help me out. And she yelled at her coworker for trying to help me. I see way subway workers are underpaid

Went out of my way to get a meal I really wanted. Worker was cleaning when I entered which I liked but looked me in my face and didn't speak. Didn't even wash her hands just put gloves on and asked me what I wanted. Was VERY disappointed! Just walked out.

I placed an order online using their app. It had a glitch but my money was taken and my order did not go thru. I tried to call the phone number it didn’t work. I walked across the street to ask them how I got it corrected they were both Qi able to answer. They had no recommendations on who I could contact they just said that the subway app was not their app so they couldn’t help. Then Barbara the woman apparently in charge told me to leave the store. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I cannot believe that they take orders online but they have no way to tell you how to get help when something goes wrong. I will NEVER go back.
