Kudos to the young man working the register and assisting with the sandwiches. I watched how mindful and careful he was to always make sure to change his gloves before handling any food after cashing someone out. I appreciate him!!!

Tuesday February 4 went in subway and order 3 foot long subs and a 6 inche they had know lettuce at all and on top of that they drop the pan that go in the toaster on the floor than put it back in the toaster in front of me and was about to put my bread in there to toast it. I said I know you not about to put my bread in there and it was on the floor he said I don’t have anymore trays .they or nasty as hell. I will be reporting them to the health dept

Great service and friendly staff
This was the WORST Chicken/Bacon/Ranch sub I have EVER had! They didn’t even have the shredded blend cheese and there’s a grocery store right across the street (Lowes Foods). I asked for my sub to be toasted and from the taste of it, didn’t seem to be toasted at all. I was thinking about getting a cookie but those cookies looked like they were old and cooked weeks ago. Prior to this visit I haven’t had Subway in a while and I don’t think I will ever go back again. I got a foot long sub and ate a few bites of it and threw it in the garbage. I will stick with Firehouse Subs/J.Michael’s or Cousins from here on out!!

Came in and two employees sitting at the tables. One had a friend and they were watching a video. They got right up to assist me. The literally put two pieces of thin meat. Every vegetable I picked they put 2-4. Onions , cucumbers , peppers. This sub was just bread. Place is dirty too.

Dont go here! Went last night got two six inches and a footlong and got charge for 3 footlong the lady told the guy to charge for 3 footlongs and the before all of that lady was so stressed felt like she didnt wont to be walk in on her slaming bottles and bread down like she was mad and as we walk in the a customer was waling saying good luck and there flies all over the windows dont even clean up dont go here last time ever . But the guy who help us he was potile and amazing and took his time with us .

the sign on the door and the website both said they closed at 10 so I went & the sign was off but I walked in and asked if they were still open ( at 9:15 mind you) the lady rudely told me no and said they were done serving customers after the two people that were already in there. all I wanted was a meatball sub. What’s the point of having your hours up if you’re gonna close 45 minutes early.. very disappointed.

They need to clean the place. The employees should clean it up instead to be there siting waiting for new customers.

The 2 girls working at 1:30 on April 22, 2024 were more than happy to engage each other in small talk but had zero, well less than zero, interest in saying hello or thank you to any of the customers.
The subs were just thrown together.
I just opened them both and adjusted all the ingredients myself.
All the toppings were thrown in the middle of each foot long.
The girl making it was struggling to close them both because of how she overloaded the middle and the fact that the bread was falling apart.
Rough experience on all fronts here.
The only thing positive I can say is that the food was made quickly and there was no line.

The grossest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. There was brown murky water all over the floor like puddles/flooding. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was having a low blood sugar episode I certainly would not have ate food from this place.

I never complain. But tonight I'm going too.I used to work for subway when I was a teenager. I know what goes on the subs. The person who made this needs to be trained again. It's obvious they don't know how much cheese or meat to even put on the subs . She only put two pieces of cheese on a footlong. when it's supposed to get four. We both got double meat and she toasted it all together on the sub and the chicken was still cold.When a customer orders double meat you're supposed to toast the meat first and then put it on the sandwich and toast it on the bread because if you put the double meat on top of each other it will not cook and it will be cold.She then proceeded to throw the lettuce and spinach and toppings and then she basically poured an entire bottle of Chipotle, Southwest and ranch on my sandwich.For $36 I expect better.
