The grossest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. There was brown murky water all over the floor like puddles/flooding. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was having a low blood sugar episode I certainly would not have ate food from this place.

I never complain. But tonight I'm going too.I used to work for subway when I was a teenager. I know what goes on the subs. The person who made this needs to be trained again. It's obvious they don't know how much cheese or meat to even put on the subs . She only put two pieces of cheese on a footlong. when it's supposed to get four. We both got double meat and she toasted it all together on the sub and the chicken was still cold.When a customer orders double meat you're supposed to toast the meat first and then put it on the sandwich and toast it on the bread because if you put the double meat on top of each other it will not cook and it will be cold.She then proceeded to throw the lettuce and spinach and toppings and then she basically poured an entire bottle of Chipotle, Southwest and ranch on my sandwich.For $36 I expect better.

I placed an order on the app on 08/06/2023 at 12:16 then drove to the store. I sent my nephew in to pick it up about ten minutes after placing the order. He was in there for twenty minutes before I finally decided to go in. Right when I stood beside him the girl working said “what was the name for your order?” And he just replied with my name. THEN she acted like she was starting to make it by just pulling the bread out. So I said “he’s been in here twenty minutes.” She replied “I’m the only one working.” I clearly saw somebody in the back. So then I said “and you’re just letting people walk in right in front of him and taking care of them first.” She didn’t have a response. She instead finished whoever’s she was working on and then did ours and wouldn’t say another word to me. When I was sitting in the car, I watched multiple people walk in that were no longer in there. So she decided to handle them instead of making ours. It was clear that she didn’t make ours because she didn’t respect my nephew due to the fact that he’s a teenager. The second I (an adult) walked in and stood next to him, she started helping us. Had I walked in sooner, we would have been done sooner. After we left, I noticed she didn’t give me a receipt because she knew I would do the survey. Also, after we left, I asked my nephew what went on. He said he walked in and waited near the pick up stand cause he assumed she was working on ours. She, not once, acknowledged him. She didn’t say a single word to him until I walked in!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I will never go there again, and I live close by. Does a manager even work there? It was filthy, food all over the counters, I'm sure the cocharoaches have fun at night. The two employees were sitting around, on their cell phones, the guy who made my sandwich was so rude, basically wouldn't speak to me. He just glared at me , didn't even ask what I wanted, he clearly hated me and working there. Gave me dirty looks the whole time, made me feel very uncomfortable. The girl never looked up from her phone. I was very nice and polite. I've never been to such a horrible Subway in my life. I was treated like dirt. I'm a 62 year old white female. Hmmmmm

CAME here a lot. NEVER again. Sometimes they are open or maybe not. Today my 80 year old father was treated rudely.Yep. No more meatballs today at 5:00? Of course after she started to make the sandwich anyway. Why? He walked out. Last visit, NO bread? Yes.Subway is thee worst sandwich franchise in Wilmington, NC.Outside sales 40 years. I have eaten it all. Forget about Subway.

I ordered subs for my family from this location and this is the second time in a month that I have had issues. Do not do pickup or delivery from the location. We had ordered a steak and cheese with extra steak and extra cheese and barely had either, I ordered a ham sub and there was no ham at all. I will patronize other sub places in the future.

The server was ridiculous I had a coupon for 3 subs I can't remember how much it was so I ordered what I wanted and then at the end of it she said all three subs instead of being a fake it was 1499 all three subs were going to come to a total of almost $40 I almost called cooperate over this woman. She embarrassed me so bad I left the restaurant in tears.

I was rudely told that the dining room had closed at 7 and wasn't allowed to eat inside at 7:10. No posted hours anywhere. Do better Subway.

11-5-32Very unhappy with attitude and laziness of workers.We checked in the web site and found the store was open until 9 pm. Entered store at 8:35 for dinner after long day at ball park. As we entered the store, were greeted from a worker walking out behind the wall with ear phones in her head , and her phone in hand. She tells us the store is closed, although the lights were all on, food was in the bin, and the door was unlocked. Ridiculous…!

10/14/22. Two out of three orders were completely messed up and had to drive back to have them redone. Workers there were making excuses and trying get out of their mistakes. It's sad that we now have to stand over the person making our food to ensure it'll be even close to what we are paying good money for.
