What a JOKE of a Subway. The last few times going there, including today (11-14-25), as soon as you walk to the counter, there is no greeting. You are only met with everything they are out of. I only want a BMT. One of their signature sandwiches. They are out of all the needed meats to make the sandwich.

Today, they had no pepperoni, salami, lettuce, tomatoes, or jalapeños.

The worker is as unpleasant as they can be. As I said… no greeting. Just what they are out of. No apologies. No explanation. No statement of trying to do better.

This Subway is a JOKE. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I will NEVER try it again and honestly… I hope it closes. I want it to fail so whoever owns this particular store can be left wondering what happened.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY.

Every time I try to come here or Oder from here their out of everything it seems like. Did a pick up order and it took them just an hour to cancel my order

They need to just go ahead and Shut this place down. Always out of food. Rude no personality Employees. Its like its just there to be there at this point. Im not fully blaming the Employees because with how this place is run. Id be miserable too.

Went for the sub of the day meal at 11:30 and they said they were out . Would not offer a substitution . Classic bait and switch. Lazy staff as well. Oh well, LMFAO

I come at the times that are posted that they're supposed to be open and they are not. I get there in the morning to pick up lunch on my way to my daughter's school and I cannot count on what the hours say. There have been times it's posted as 8:30 and nobody is there at 10:00. Today the Google hours say 8:30, the lady there told me they don't open until 9:00 so I waited around and did some shopping and came back at 9:45 and they were still not open! Waste of my time. Get it together Subway. This place is a joke.

This place never has a complete menu items to choose from. They are always out of something. And most times multiple things. They should shut the store down and put a restaurant in that will have their menu items.

Terrible experience. Came in three hours before closing and was told they didn't have bread, chicken, meatballs, and several other items. And the heavyset employee was mopping the floor and didn't greet me initially.

2nd horrible experience in this Walmart Subway.
After shopping, I decided to stop in for lunch again. Again, the same lady was working ....now mind you, no other people were in line waiting.....Again, I walked up, she ignores me and starts making an online order ....she did this the first time too....anyway, since NO ONE was in line I went to the register and placed my chips on the counter and patiently waited for her to complete her task all while being COMPLETELY ignored by her. Then she walks up, no smile, no hi, absolutely nothing, and asks if that's it . I told her, " No, I would like a sandwich too." THIS GIRL told me I would need to move to the "beginning" point.... now remember, NO ONE else is even in the store waiting!! I told her that I could tell her what I wanted without having to point at each item.....she rolled her eyes at me and mumbled something...I told her she had been rude to me once before and " Nevermind!" I left the building and will never go back. She needs another job other than food and customer service.....

Never stocked, rude staff, always doing closing duties an hour early. Just the worst run Subway in Wilmington. Hire people who actually care about your business and how it’s run.

While the service and food was good the store needed cleaning, drink cooler was barely 5% full and there was only one young lady manning the store. Clearly no one prepped anything for her since she could not finish one sandwich without having to go in the back to get it. With a store this size and in a major store you would think the manager would be competent enough to realize one person isn’t enough per shift! If you can’t properly staff the store then close it. I must give credit to this young lady, with all the stress she had she was polite and handled each customer expertly. It’s just a shame the way she is treated.

The employee here don’t want to do there job . My wife and I asked for a couple different sandwiches and of course they were out of steak and meatballs. She made it seem like we were a burden on her for coming to subway and she had to make sandwiches. You work at a sandwich shop so quit huffing and puffing and do your job!!

My son opened a milk took and drink and didn't like it.. I tasted it it was sour.. the manager wouldn't let me exchange without making me pay for another drink cause the milk was in date...

Terrible service for my 4 year old whom just wanted a drink I was asking for water...

Working as management in the food industry I know that milk can go sour reagardlesss of date for multiple reasons.

Milk had chunks in it..

Seriously i get profit and loss but that is absurd. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. If one of my managers under my district did that 😤

I can't tell you how the food is since I walked out before being served. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the employee was on her phone, she only stood up because a mobile order came in, started making the mobile order while still on the phone without acknowledging me
