Food tasted off.. idk what's up with their coolers. Also the staff wasn't very helpful. Couldn't scan the app fast enough

9:19pm on a Friday night. We walked up to go in to get a quick sub to go after checking online that they close at 10. As we are walking up to the door, it gets locked in our face as the open sign stays on. We came here Sunday around the same time with absolutely no issues and great service. We are extremely upset with this behavior and will never come back.

They messed up our sandwiches, initially told us they couldn’t remake them. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, and I eat at Subway almost every day. Never coming back to this one.
Took an HOUR for my online order. Was supposed to be done at 5:50. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I finally got it. What a mess and waste of my night. Update: I’m heading back to the store, my meatball sub had 0 meatballs. I would think that would be a main ingredient, but who knows.
Aweful experience, management needs to review camera footage from tonight. Will not go to this location again.
Every time you go in here expect to wait over an hour to get a sandwich. Usually only one person working in there and they’re always extremely slow. Shouldn’t be open if you can’t get more than one person working at a time. Horrible service!!

I’m a usual at this location and normally I’m not that satisfied with the customer service here however it’s very convenient for me. Usually wait in line for over 15 minutes or deal with rude employees that just honestly seem like they don’t even want us here.. however I’ve visited these past couple weeks and have had the same young girl wait on me ( she said her name was Hailey and she wasn’t from this store specific just helping out) and I must say she is a wonderful young lady! She’s always very sweet and takes her time but still manages to get us out the store without a long wait. She handles her job very well even during times they seem very busy or the customers seem very irritable toward her. Defiantly need to keep her around or hire more like her for this location!

I waited in line for 30 minutes at this location and there was only two people in front of me. For some reason management at this location thinks it’s a good idea to have one employee working during one of the busiest periods of the day. Definitely not worth your time stopping here and I will absolutely drive 5 minutes down the road to another location next time. Definitely do not recommend going here unless you want to wait an absurd time limit for your food.
