So I came in about 3 weeks ago and it’s a new staff,when I say excellent customer service. I told the “newly hired” manager that I will make sure I would come back to visit her,and when I walked in she remembered and gave the biggest smile ever. Such a wonderful crew on my visit for today. Laura,Lexis and the young man with the brown eyes was simply amazing as they took each persons order,within a timely manner. I give them all 5 plus stars as this location has gotten waaaaay better starting with the customer service.

Pay attention to the customer in front of you not the online orders that can wait
We ordered 3 foot long subs and they were almost out of lettuce and we wanted lettuce on all 3 sandwiches but the guy BEHIND us got the lettuce before they got to my 3rd sandwich..they are always having issues with something or running out of stuff before it's time to close..some of there help is rude and some are very nice..your better off going somewhere else

Went to Subway on Dawson to get my son dinner we were helped by two young ladies AuriAna and Zianiah and they were absolutely wonderful. Both of these young ladies were so polite and patient and helpful with beautiful smiles on their faces. Both young girls were really just lovely and delightful with impeccable customer service skills. So Subway I say to you they deserve a raise because if I experienced employees like these two at every location I would be a loyal customer for life. Thank you ladies...
