horrible subway don’t go here. employees are rude and don’t care about service and they are always out of ingredients. also they always close earlier than they are supposed to.

Paid over $7 for a 6” sub. Thats over a dollar an inch. Then I get the sandwich and this shit is only 4 inches. To hell with you all
The sprite drink tasted awful as in no sugar. I will never ever, ever go there again. I advise others not to go there either.

Terrible experience, charged me before the sandwich was made and then they were missing ingredients so I said never mind can you refund me and the said no. I asked why and they said you should’ve known that were didn’t have those ingredients so we can’t refund you.

Store doesn’t have bread during lunch hours. Wasted time and money on a mobile order that was accepted for pickup.
The employees here are excellent. Some other subways in the area are not so great for a number of reasons but this one has great people working there. Professional and happy to help. They deserve a raise. The place was also super clean.
This place is never open. At lunch time you go by the open sign is but the doors are locked.
The closest subway to me, and unfortunately they have gotten my order wrong several times. I have tried to contact customer service and have heard nothing back. Ordered online and the bread was wrong and it wasn't toasted. Not the first time this has happenend.

Not enough cash in the register to make change for a $20 on a $12 order, and no manager in sight to replenish the drawer. And for the love of all that is holy on this earth, could you maybe hire staff who know the difference between sweet tea and unsweetened tea? Seriously: shouldn't be that difficult a concept. If you're making unsweetened tea, don't label it as sweet, FFS.

Ordered my food thru the subway app. Drove to the store after it said ready but the store was closed with the open sign ON. Waited for over 30min no one showed up, the food was paid for and the app had ready for pick up. Came back an hour later still no one. Never received the food I paid for. Store unreachable by phone ( mailbox full)

Worst location in town. Save the drive here. Closest one on College always does well, idk why I don't just go there first ?
They just stole 20 dollars from me there, because I ordered through the Subway App and instead of getting tired of not having enough merchandise to prepare my meal, they decided to mark it as ready so they charged my card and when I claimed it, they only He played dumb and told me I had to cancel (knowing that I can't because he already marked my food as ready) then he told me to call the manager and no one ever answers.
I just wish that Doordash had an option for which location you want your order picked up from because this location always mess up my order and its always a sloppy hot mess. I DO NOT recommend anyone dining in, taking out, or getting anything delivered from this restaurant. It just needs to be closed and shut down.

Placed an order online for fasted convenience but what I got is not what I ordered. It was the wrong bread, it had bell peppers not what I wanted. Also it was the wrong cheese and burnt bread too. Come on one thing I could let slide but more than one! Don’t order online from here.

Update.... I finally got the manager of the store on the phone at 12:30. She was just getting to the store and was no help in canceling this order. She actually hung up on me when I told her another driver was being assigned this order, and I didn't want to waste their time. I know it's hard finding good employees but y'all gotta do better.
I ordered, at 11:30am, through the Subway app and they pushed it to DoorDash to be delivered. The driver is at the store and it's closed. I have no way of contacting them to cancel and there isn't a way through the app to cancel. Now I'm out $18 and the doordash driver is stuck at the store because she can't complete the order. Order was placed to 4414 Market Street, Wilmington NC 28403. I've had problems with this location many times. You can barely catch them open and when you do the staff doesn't want to be there. How do I get my money back???
