Poor customer service

The manager was rude to us the minute we started asking questions. Then my friend and I were standing there talking and she piped in with a smart ass comment. my friend said she didn't have to be rude and we were not talking to her. She Then started cussing at us, refused service and gave us the finger. She yelled and cussed at us until we were out the door. Her name is Brook,she is the store manager

Never returning to this subway again. Ordered online and went to pick it up because the app said it was ready. They didn’t have flatbread, so they apparently “canceled” my order. My app didn’t say that. It said it was READY FOR PICKUP. They did not cancel my order they just didn’t make it. I know that because my card went through. We asked if we could just switch the bread since that was the “issue” and they said NO.
Manager in the back told the worker “that’s not our problem they can’t get their money back.” But the order already WENT THROUGH and was confirmed. There was NO WAY to cancel the order after it says it’s ready to be picked up.
The girl ended up making it for us. She doesn’t get a 1 star review, the shop and manager does. What should have been a 2 min pick up turned into waiting 25 min.

Do not order online here…genuinely the most insane order i’ve ever received like. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review until now. This is literally nothing of what I ordered. And the amount of mayo and mustard??? What on earth could we possibly be doing in there😭

Watched the woman and man behind the counter cuss out an old man who was a disabled veteran because this ice machine is broken and the drinks have no carbonation. She woman was yelling and banging on the counter. They up charged him for a bottle of soda.

Was told all they had was white cheese and flatbread. She then rolled it like a burito for some reason. Didnt bother asking if i wanted it toasted. Asked for large coke was told the machine is broken. Hands down worst sketchy subway ive ever been to

Came to get 2 cold small sandwiches. The hours on the door say it’s open and the door is unlocked. We walk in and the employee just says we’re closed with his headphones in. We try asking why and he didn’t even hear us because of his music. He finally takes his headphones off to then tells us he has a catering order to do. Terrible customer service. Would’ve taken less than 5 minutes.

I ordered online, came in, and no one was upfront it took about two minutes before someone came up to make my sandwich and they told me they were out of pepperoni for one of my sandwich’s. She provided no solution either and told me I couldn’t switch it out for a different meat or a different sub. Just simply that I couldn’t get it. She was making it seem as if making that sandwich were no longer an option because she was out of pepperoni. Tables were dirty with stains, floors had garbage on them. Bad location.

Ordered through the app, but the order was cancelled/voided. They refunded me, but I got a notification my order was picked up. I think someone is stealing orders. FYI, be careful with this location.

Don't ever ordered online from here. They never have anything. And if you order double meat or extras on your sandwich you don't get them unless you watch them make it. I had make guy remake sandwiches ones I I there because they didn't have what I ordered and he didn't put the double meat or cheese I ordered. Also he was slack with the sauce. I clearly ordered extra extra sauce. And he put 1 line of sause on it. .. this place is trash. It's happened the last 5 times I've ordered. I will not be ordering again. And when I asked for a refund I was told he couldn't refund it since I ordered in the app. And the app won't refund it either. Subway is scaming people

Paid over $7 for a 6” sub. Thats over a dollar an inch. Then I get the sandwich and this shit is only 4 inches. To hell with you all
