I have given this place a chance time and time again because I've loved subway for decades. This particular restaurant is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Many times I have ordered online and they closed early and I couldn't get the food I paid for and the last time my sandwich tasted so bad that I took one bite and threw it in the trash. The bread had to be two days old and on a footlong with tomatoes there was one little slice of tomato on each side. Im very disappointed and I hope the franchise does better as a whole because this store has ripped me off time and time again and I've had enough

Exceptional Service from Brandon T.!

I visited the restaurant on a rainy day when things were clearly hectic—Brandon was the only one working, handling orders, customers, and everything in between. Even under pressure, he remained calm, professional, and polite, treating every guest with genuine care and respect.

What really stood out was how Brandon turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience for everyone. His warm attitude, constant smile, and clear enjoyment of his job made a big impression. He kept things running smoothly and made customers feel valued, even when the restaurant was backed up.

Brandon is manager material—the kind of person who leads by example. His professionalism, patience, and people skills make him a natural team leader. More people in customer service should model the way he works. Excellent job, Brandon!

1 guy. Out of pepperoni..so,I ordered something else, and they were also out of the crunch for the sandwich that I did order. Very disappointed. It was lunch time on Saturday. Tables were not wiped off. Attendant...was nice enough to give me a cookie for my disappointment.

Worst Subway experience EVER! Food looked dried out. Flies everywhere. Landing on customers food. Only two bread choices. Blonde older lady kept trying to rush me as I was letting the other employee know it was okay that she threw out the white bread (she was very sweet). I told the older lady to give me a second to get my words out as she kept “what are we doing with this one?” with a bad tone. She put one skinny line of mustard on my sandwich. I asked for more and assumed she didn’t hear me. My fiancé steps up to say “can she have more mustard” and the woman just kept ignoring us. I mean blatantly ignoring him. Instead of putting more mustard on my sandwich, she asked to give us mustard packets. I accepted the packets, but I mean the disrespect is unreal. All the years I have worked in fast food. I have never treated customers in such a way. Horrible horrible. The lobby was dirty as well. I understand being short staffed, but that is never the customers fault. She should be fired for how she treated my fiancée and me. I have never outright ignored a customer as they were asking for something. Terrible experience.

I walked into your store and got greeted by your employee named Brandon. I was behind an older couple and just happen to notice he was the only one in the store.
After getting the couples order out of the way two more people walked in with online orders. Brandon was not only kind but he also made me laugh. Personally if I was running an ENTIRE store by myself I wouldn’t have been so nice. I just wanted to say that Brandon is a very hard worker and I appreciate how kind he was ! Great job Brandon

This is one of the worst subways that I’ve been to here in Wilmington, staff is horrible and out of a lot of products. I placed a mobile order to be picked up within 20 minutes to get there with nobody there and it’s still not started on.

I went to Subway to purchase two foot long Subs. I could not believe it when I was told that they didn't have any lettuce. The server's were nice but no Provolone cheese along with no lettuce. This isn't a way to run a business. Manager needs to do a better job.

My friend and I ordered on the Subway App at 6:21pm in the parking lot and proceeded to walk inside a few minutes after. There were two people in line. By 6:30, 3 others walked into the store (one also waiting on an online order). At 6:35 we had explained that our app said our sub was ready and the worker said she hadn’t started it but would get right to it. At this point 2 customers had left. (It was taking 5-10 minutes per order…). After waiting 10 more minutes for our order that was supposed to be done at 6:35, was asked for a refund and left.

Very unprofessional place. I went over to the one on south college and they said they opened at 8am on Wednesday, the 20th. I waited. The two employees did not even bother to open the door at eight and instead just stood there behind their phones, not even bother offering to help. Pretty unfortunate because I wanted to talk to the manager. Unprofessional too if you asked me
