My friend and I ordered on the Subway App at 6:21pm in the parking lot and proceeded to walk inside a few minutes after. There were two people in line. By 6:30, 3 others walked into the store (one also waiting on an online order). At 6:35 we had explained that our app said our sub was ready and the worker said she hadn’t started it but would get right to it. At this point 2 customers had left. (It was taking 5-10 minutes per order…). After waiting 10 more minutes for our order that was supposed to be done at 6:35, was asked for a refund and left.

Very unprofessional place. I went over to the one on south college and they said they opened at 8am on Wednesday, the 20th. I waited. The two employees did not even bother to open the door at eight and instead just stood there behind their phones, not even bother offering to help. Pretty unfortunate because I wanted to talk to the manager. Unprofessional too if you asked me

Online orders suck. They never give me the amount of cookies I order. Then, they don’t answer their phone… they will take your money and get your order wrong.

Tried to pick up a Footlong today at 1:15, the lady was alone which I understand. Very rude, even told me to leave and try another location, but I stayed. She the proceeded to stop making in line orders and took fresh print outs from online orders and make them all, never speaking or communicating to anyone. I left and grabbed cookout. This place needs an overhaul.

Was closed at 7pm. Door says it closes at 9.
Employees are incompetent and/or high, made the food completely wrong, and talked to the other customers while serving us. 0/10 please do not go here.

I came at 8:14pm. The African American lady had already locked the door. I saw people in line. The sign said open from 8am to 9pm. I knocked on the door; the lady ignored me. I continued to knock and a lady sitting by the table with 2- 3 kids near the door, opened it for me. I asked to confirm that they close at 9pm coz the sign said 9pm. The lady making sandwiches was extremely rude and said “We are closing after I make their sandwiches!” There were 3 people in line. I politely let her know that the sign said 9pm. She rudely re-iterated what she said—that they are closing.
Management- please change your sign to reflect your hours and please educate your employees on the etiquette of customer service and treating people with respect. I can understand if the lady making sandwiches said “Hey, I’ve had a long day and want to close early, can you go to a different Subway, please?” But to lock the door and be very rude is not ok.

The lady that served me was nice. I was an online order. There were a lot of customers but she was the only staff member; too many to serve with just one person serving. It stressed her out and I felt bad for her. If I were her, I would be calling management and ask them to come in and help; it was simply too much for one person. This shows me that this subway does not value their employees, therefore they wouldn't value their customers either. She handled it well under the circumstances.
I got the "hot shot" without the "hot". I have been so sick since I ate the sub last night. I won't go into detail, but a lot of toilet time and dry heaving with nausea and severe abdominal pain. Likely food poisoning.

Website glitched when ordering. I proceeded to the store to ask what to do as I had no order pending but had a charge in my bank account. Manager lady was rude, told me not her problem, that if she didn’t have an order then she couldn’t make the food. (One sandwich). Did not offer me any support or guidance on how to handle the charge I had. Didn’t try to point me in The direction of how to fix it or who I could contact. I told her that’s fine I would never place an order again, silly me thinking that the manager might actually be helpful. As I was walking to the door she made rude comments about me to the employee working. Bad management and customer service at this location. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to the next closest subway.

2 times that I ate here I got sick and was puking my guts out the food I ate. The first time was a long time ago and I guess I thought it would be different?

Lady that was working in the morning was super rude. She had the open sign on, i came in and she says “ we’re not really open, but what did you need” like i had been bugging her all morning. Speaking as a chef and serving people for 25 years, she should have basic customer service skills and how to properly greet customers.
