walked in the other day (never heard of this place or seen it) i’m assuming an owner came out & brought us a free croissant(said this is what we’re known for) THAT MAN TOLD NO LIES. that glazed croissant was delicious. we bought 6 & a brownie. they were all gone that night. definitely will be back

Delicious baked goods and breakfast Grits Bowls, and a wonderful atmosphere of a unique local bakery. One of my favorite places to get a takeout dozen or two of glazed croissants for coworkers or to meet a friend for a hearty breakfast.

Get your sugar fix here! I have had their cakes, pie, cupcakes, and pastries this year, and everything has been tasty. Their service is awesome, and they even did a custom sheet cake for me. It wasn't cheap, but my husband said it was the best birthday cake he's ever had! I've never had cake so fluffy or buttercream so well balanced. Their pecan pie was also the best pecan pie I've had, and it was way more affordable than every other bakery in town. I think this is one of the best hidden gems for locals in Wilmington and highly recommend for your cake and pie needs!

Sweet D’s exceeded my expectations!! I called nine bakeries in Wilmington hoping to find one that could fulfill my special request. 8 of them said no immediately. I left a message at Sweet D’s thinking they wouldn’t even get back to me. But Jill called and by some miracle her boss, Brian, was willing to take on the challenge!! Our whole family marveled at the decorating, texture, and flavor, reminiscent of a cake we never thought we’d ever taste again!!! Kudos to the team at Sweet D’s!! And Thank You!!

I last minute needed a birthday cake! I went in and the guy at the counter said they needed 24/48 hour notice I completely understood. I went to my car to look up more bakeries. Brian came out knocked on my window and said we can do it. He saved us we really wanted a homemade cake. They went above and beyond it was delicious 🤤 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend oh and the hotdogs are delicious too.

So I was driving around looking for donuts. Came across this place, decided to check it out. Donavan cool dude gave me options. Lets say hot damn. This cake is delicious. Like delicious take a nap and come back for more. So Donavan you win ill be coming back for more lol
