Amazing staff. Nice owner. Great specials. Food is always good and if something is off, they're quick to make it right! Very welcoming from the entrance. Thank you for being here in Wilmington! ?
Great breakfast spot. The French toast was featured on DDD in 2018. Very good.
Parking: Limited number of parking spaces. Plan ahead on busy days.

We always love dining at Sweet n Savory Cafe when visiting. Sea scallops were excellent with the corn risotto. Server was attentive and prompt. Cheesecake was okay. But we just really enjoy sweet n savory for their entrees.

We went here because of all the great reviews. The place is run down. The toilets are in bad shape, from sinks not being functional, no soap, and dirty. I can only imagine the kitchen. The pastry section looks sad and uninviting. The menu is very very extensive so you have to ask yourself how is that possible. Well, you have to wait for more than an hour for some eggs and chicken sandwich. That’s how. The food was not bad but due to the issues mentioned above we will not go back.

Disappointed. The steak looked boiled. Tough, and flavorless. Seafood pasta was forgotten altogether, 15 min late from the rest of the meals and “meh” at best. The Ruben was ok, but the fries were stale and hard. The Cesar Wrap came as a Cesar salad, but was overall decent. Shrimp and grits were greasy. Crab dip was good, but the pita chips were greasy and leathery. My drink was never refilled. The bathroom was not clean. The food took too long to come out, about 40 minutes. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but the appetizers were brought out at 35 minutes, couple with the pasta coming out 10-15 minutes late… Truly a poor experience. They missed big at every level. However, the napkins were quite durable, and strong. We even made a joke about what is tougher, the napkins or the steak.

Fantastic restaurant! Delicious and creative meals. Highly recommend! We went for breakfast and had take out dinner.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter has an anaphylactic nut and salmon allergy. I called ahead to speak with the manager about food safety.
The manager was very accommodating and helpful with picking safe menu items and directing the kitchen staff to make her food on a separate pan (not the shared skillet). I loved that the manager checked in when we got there and alerted the kitchen staff of her allergies. The waitress was knowledgeable about food safety with her order when we made it and when it came out. My daughter LOVED her safe and delicious meal.
Thank you so much for a fun, delicious and safe dining experience!

One of Wilmington’s best brunches! So much to choose from and everything is delicious. My parents always request to come here when they visit. They really have something for everyone and the service is amazing. You have to try their fresh baked goods!

The salad was good. We ordered the flight of soups, supposed to be 4, we got three. They must have forgotten about them, because we had to remind them. Then one of the soups was cold and immediately after we got them, they brought out our main courses. The plates from the salad and soups stayed piled up on our table, even though many servers passed our table. Our server even stopped by to ask how everything was and she just walked away without the dirty dishes. She never came back to refill our water. My husband wasn’t pleased with his meal. He got the meatloaf and the piece was very small.
The only good thing of the night was that she gave me a free dessert for my birthday.
