Whoever yall got working now at the Taco Bell at night is the best because we’ve been twice now (date being 11/23 12:35 AM) and that boy is the nicest and most considerate drive thru worker we’ve experienced at this location. I will happily return as long as he is there.

Out of all the taco bells. This one is the best. Ots very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Even the Mens. The food is always fresh. Never had a soggy bottom taco. Even to toss in hard shell ones are crunch. My Chalupa shell was a tad bit stale at the top. But the food was really good. Mondays suck. But my lunch today helped.

I absolutely love Taco Bell. And sometimes mistakes happen and I understand. I have always loved them regardless. I’ve done their surveys because I have praised their workers, but this time, I was exceptionally disappointed with the S. 17th location. We ordered through DoorDash. TANAYA S. picked up our order and then cancelled it - taking our food. The new DoorDash delivery driver contacted us to talk us. The Taco Bell told us to contact them, we did. Taco Bell said they refused to contact DoorDash even if the DoorDash driver (TANAYA S.) cancelled it. Even though that is an option. I work with DoorDash. This Taco Bell refused to help. They were really rude about everything. DoorDash said they would report it, but nothing else would be done.

This Taco Bell is the best in Wilmington. All the other ones either are gross or mess up my food. This does things right. My order always comes out right and tastes good. The service is touch and go tho. If you want your tacos right then come here.
I was lied to about the crispy chicken cantina taco no longer being available- for like a month (per the service person). The item is still on the menu in the drive thru, on the app, OH and I have ordered it at that same location in the time frame that I was told they stopped serving it.

This location was unprofessional on this Sunday evening. We ordered Taco Bell through DoorDash and they gave us our order and they only gave us half of the order in the bag. Then when we called them, they lied and tried to tell us that they made the order and blamed it on our DoorDash driver. We then got a refund from DoorDash, then replaced our order again. Where they then closed an hour early and did not fulfill our order. When we talked to them on the phone they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Whoever was working Sunday night at 1 AM should be fired. We our now down $45 and no food. Extremely unprofessional.

Best Taco Bell In Wilmington I Really Appreciate Them Because I Never Picked Up My Order In time I Called Ahead And They Were Very Understanding And Helped Me Out. There Staff Was More Then Friendly And Amazing All Of Them They All Deserve Raises They Never Disappoint

Worst customer service of any tacobell I’ve ever been to not only that but the simplest order of two burritos with no beans HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP ?? Also saying that the freeze machine is down when the light is green and it’s clearly frozen at least when I worked there that meant it worked I’m not for sure what’s going wrong here but it’s obviously not working, half steamed tortillas, no sauce, cold food I mean could it get worse?
