All of our tacos were crushed and broken. All our items had been skimped on when it came to toppings. I had the side order of nachos in my luxe box and there were literally 8 chips in the little paper chip holder. I have never seen a Taco Bell skimp on the chips… Really your cheapest item and you can’t fill the chip holder bag with chips? We ordered dine in and they put everything in bags like we had ordered to go even though we had set our stuff out on the table like we were staying there to eat. We ordered the nacho fries, there was only half a container full of them and they were cold. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell ever! And I have always been a huge fan of Taco Bell! Utter disappointment is probably the best way to describe my feelings about this visit.

Employees on break are cussing up and down every tine I come to eat. They also mess up orders frequently. Avoid this at all cost. Not family or friendly.

Ordered ahead in the app but still had to wait, probably 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. But they got everything I ordered correct, and for Taco Bell, that's saying something, lol.

5 star service and food everytime, employees are amazing 10/10 times, I've never met an employee I didn't like... But y'all forgot my hot sauces after me saying, "I got hot sauces in the bag Right?".... "yupp" so 2 stars. Prob 1 star

Food is typical taco bell always decent but the group of people working Sunday afternoon was miserable just the attitude like I was disturbing them by ordering something to eat and how dare I want to eat inside and not go through the drive thru??? I'll just choose a different taco bell every time and never go back to this one!

When we walked in (not expecting 5 star service, of course...it's Taco Bell), we were not even greeted at all upon entry. No "hello." No "welcome to Taco Bell." Nothing. The sign said order at the kiosk...I don't work there; I shouldn't have to. After we ordered, I asked for a printed receipt and said please, but the employee acted like it was a major inconvenience to do so. Dude, you were just standing there talking to the female employee and had no more than 2 cars in the drive-through, which SHE had the headset for anyway, not to mention the two guys in the kitchen who were actually working. Make yourself useful and empty the very full trash can or go clean the bathrooms because the ladies' room was a mess.

Blatant white racism treated like total dirt by the staff even though I was in a uniform and had the proper equipment to show I was assigned to pick up at rat-infested store. Refused to give me my load because I did not properly fill out their sheet? Are you kidding? I wouldn't feed my dog from this place

I’m sorry, but if you’re going to have your lobby open, please have enough staff to take care of people in the lobby. I waited over 10 min to get just one of my DoorDash orders and had to cancel my other one because of how long it was taking. And this isn’t staff fault this is a managerial issue. Either close your lobby or staff your restaurant.
