Order is usually correct. I have to add so many sauce packs to the order because they only give you a couple. A full order for 2 and barely any sauce. Everytime. Wonderful service and the food is good. Hardly any sauce ever. Very disappointing.

If I could have put zero stars for this location that obviously hates their job, I would have! My orders almost always wrong and when asked to be fixed guess what, it's usually still wrong. My customers thru doordash even say that this location is dissatisfying.

Showed up to order food for my family of 7. We tried to use the app however it was not working so we had to order at the register. Since the app was not working we were told we couldn't do half our order which was online exclusives. So we sat there and figured out something else. Once ordered it took forever to receive our food. We took our food home only to discover that everything was wrong. We were missing multiple items, like at least 5 items. The items we received were all wrong. Even the items that weren't customized had ingredients on them that aren't normally on them. We were missing burritos and sides. Also everything was just thrown into one bag and we had to struggle to figure out what everyone's order was. We live 5 mins away and by the time we got home everything was already cold and soggy. Why didn't we take it all back you ask, well we were frustrated beyond belief, they acted like they didn't care when we were there so didn't want the fight and we were all starving. We have five kids and we settled for this meal bc a situation earlier caused dinner to be later than we wanted and we thought this would be a quick and easy alternative. We were very wrong. Returning just wasn't worth the struggle or making our kids wait even longer so we settled and ate what we had. Nobody enjoyed their meal. This was a horrible experience and to spend $50 on Taco Bell and get such crappy food and missing items just sucks. Other locations use boxes to separate the meals and have provided much better service and food so we will not be returning to this location and will make sure to go to another one going forward. Very disappointing dinner and waste of money.

This is literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to. My entire order was messed up and I specifically asked for some extra sauce and in total got 5 sauces for 5 burritos. Whoever owns this needs to learn to run a business.

At 12 noon there were 3 other customers in the store.I use the kiosk to place my order.And I had zero interaction with the people serving me. The girl walked up to the counter called my name looked directly at me. Did not acknowledge me , nor did she make an attempt to smile or bring me my order. THE WORST SERVICE.

The most disgusting/ lazy taco
Bell staff I’ve ever visited. I’m sure will never choose this place again.. Crew is texting while he have his gloves on and touches our food. The other one making tacos is touching his ear with his gloves on then touches food. Talking while they’re making our food is also a no no, I’m pretty sure saliva is everywhere in our food. Then they missed my ice coffee Cinnabon and I’m waiting on the counter to help me but they all gone, not sure what all of them doing at the back as in ALL of them so I have to wait for my drink. Additionally, they are all bunch of lazy crew.. the restaurant is disgusting but they all just talking and goofing around. And the lady has customer waiting for her at the drive thru window while she is seating down on her cellphone… corporate needs to change the entire crew including the manager.. bunches of laziness..
