Got it delivered late night through DoorDash. I’ve been an avid TB consumer for many years. It was all cooked better this time than I’ve ever experienced, not sure if there’s a new employee or what. Everything in the order, and all cooked to perfection. 10/10 experience

Stopped by Taco Bell on N. College Rd. to grab some tacos and cinnamon twist for my kids. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that we didn’t receive our cinnamon twist until we got home. We live about 20 minutes away so I did not feel like driving all the way back. But I’m pissed that we did not receive our full order that I paid for.

Almost 1hr for a mobile order today, over 35mins in the drive thru last month when we went there. This store is and always has been a complete disaster. If you have to have Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go to a different location. As for me, I'm done with Taco Bell entirely. McDonald's is right across the street and you're in and out in 5 mins. Taco Bell corporate needs to pull the plug on this franchise location

Just got this mess with plastic in it from Taco Bell Murrayville!!!
Non existent customer service. Portion sizes were pitiful. Never received our cinnabons even after being told they were being made. Had to get them refunded bc the employees refused to make them. Floor in prep area was covered with food. Rude. Food was poorly made and shorted nacho cheese sauce and strawberry freeze as containers were only half full. 6 employees and not a single person willing to help or do their job. Felt as if we were a total inconvenience by being there.
