Forcing you to take your own order on the inside. It is such disgusting thing to have to do, touching the keypad not knowing if the person that just walked out of the bathroom, had actually washed their hands after wiping their butt. So insanitary.
It's not great it's the only one near the house, but after an hour and a half of our door dasher waiting there to receive only the side items I figured I'd write. About 50% of all the orders we make to this taco bell are what we order and pay for. I understand they are busy, but if we are waiting 3 times longer than expected the least that can be done is get our order correctly. Lastly, the items we did receive this time came without the protein, meaning two burritos with Lettuce and sauce.

We went inside thinking that it would be faster than the drive through but it seems like they’re only doing drive through orders and not taking care of customers inside. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to make an evening of it.

I wish I could give this “establishment” 0 stars. When you only get a half hour lunch this isn’t the location to go to. Employees will just glance at you in line and not even acknowledge you to take your order. They prioritize mobile orders and kiosk orders before in person orders. Sad, sad, sad.
