The staff was way nicer compared to other taco bells Ive had in Wilmington, and even offered an extra taco and refill when my grandma went back thru the drive thru cause she forgot sauce for her crunchwrap supreme, the shady spot in the parking lot was very nice too
I was looked at like ,umm what to u need and then was sent politely to the do it yourself machine. I had no issue but no greeting half way smiles and just a little bit of a drag as far as customer service

If I could write a 0 star review I would! Every time I have went there, they mess up my order. They’re very unprofessional, and rude. It unfortunately is the only Taco Bell by me and it’s a shame. I called the manager at one point, finally, after the 5th time of having a messed up order. She was sarcastic and didn’t even try to help or offer to replace my misplaced items. She was very pessimistic. I am honestly done going there and will be calling their corporate office.
