Terrible service. Guy in hoodie blocked window in drive thru entire time and never said a word. Might need to teach employes how customer service is supposed to work. Quality is just horrible all the way around

I just went in to order some cinnamon twists and it took the longest just to receive them and normally when I purchase them, they are slightly warm. These weren't that fresh and were cold.
Multiple times I have ordered a chalupa combination meal with all beef and every time I get chicken, even if the order is correct on the drive through screen… I just don’t understand why it’s wrong every time when we clearly order what we want and it’s correct on the screen.

I ordered at the kiosk and waited more than 15 minutes to pay for my food. Eventually I walled out before paying. Ridiculous. Need to have people managing the lobby and customers paying with cash

Went here late at night on vacation and this was the fastest taco bell I've ever had and the food was actually pretty good. Very impressed with these guys.

Come on…it’s absolutely ridiculous how there is no quality check done when serving food. Cantina chicken tacos, quesadillas all burnt. I would not feed this to a starving animal let alone have the utter nerve to charge customers for this atrocious and disgusting food. Do BETTER!

Won’t call them racist, but it doesn’t look good ignoring or being rude to individuals whom have done nothing to you, and treated you with kindness and respect.
Having the first guy at the window turn away and wouldn’t even speak. To having the second guy come up with an attitude, ignoring everything but the payment transaction.
