Terrible service. Guy in hoodie blocked window in drive thru entire time and never said a word. Might need to teach employes how customer service is supposed to work. Quality is just horrible all the way around

I just went in to order some cinnamon twists and it took the longest just to receive them and normally when I purchase them, they are slightly warm. These weren't that fresh and were cold.
Multiple times I have ordered a chalupa combination meal with all beef and every time I get chicken, even if the order is correct on the drive through screen… I just don’t understand why it’s wrong every time when we clearly order what we want and it’s correct on the screen.
