Went here late at night on vacation and this was the fastest taco bell I've ever had and the food was actually pretty good. Very impressed with these guys.

Come on…it’s absolutely ridiculous how there is no quality check done when serving food. Cantina chicken tacos, quesadillas all burnt. I would not feed this to a starving animal let alone have the utter nerve to charge customers for this atrocious and disgusting food. Do BETTER!

Won’t call them racist, but it doesn’t look good ignoring or being rude to individuals whom have done nothing to you, and treated you with kindness and respect.
Having the first guy at the window turn away and wouldn’t even speak. To having the second guy come up with an attitude, ignoring everything but the payment transaction.

I ordered a burrito and nacho fries. The burrito was stale on one side, missing sauce on the inside, had weird parsley or something crusted onto it and my fries were both stale and the cheese sauce was chunky and only like 1/3 full. This isn't nit picking, my food was horrible. I get that it's fast food, but this was gross (and not worth the $7 for 2 small items). Go to the other ones in town because this was is the worst in Wilmington.

Rain was pouring inside the drive thru window section like no tomorrow. Food was getting wet. I was getting wet. Inside my car was getting wet. Employee was getting wet. Couldn't get a debit card let alone a paper bag through the waterfall. Please fix it it was ridiculous.

The food is so inconsistent. I keep coming here chasing tht high of the one time I got a really good quesadilla but it's so often bad. There'll barely be any filling or it won't be cooked enough or they give you two sauce packets for three meals. I think they probably have an inexperienced manager or something bc why else would it be like this? The workers at least tend to be nice when you talk to them but that's all I can say that's positive for this location
If you want to eat your chicken bowel with your hands by all means go there ! I was the only one in the drive through ! After getting my food and driving to my location back to work I noticed after popping the bag there was no fork to eat my food ! O course I called immediately and asked the manager if I was supposed to eat my bowl with my hands? She responded and said well, no ma’am you should be eating it with a fork and I said well that’s awful. Funny because there’s no fork in my bag and I was the only one in the drive-through.! She says well I guess I’m gonna have to school the people at the window to make sure they put a fork in your bag.! That’s all fine and dandy, but it never solve the problem of eating my bowl because I had no silverware! So be prepared to eat any and every food with your hands from that Taco Bell because she has to school the people at the drive-through window because they don’t know what they’re doing! Great job team keep it up!
