Enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the service was quite attentive and welcoming.
The chips and salsa were pretty good. Nice subtle heat with the salsa. The queso and chorizo was pretty good. The chips are on the thin side so don't let the quaso sit. Unfortunately the birria tacos were just way to dry. The corn Tortilla was still completely yellow on the inside. Indicates , they were not dipped prior to going on grill top. The meat itself seemed like it was squeezed dry from any juice and flavor before getting tossed on.
Would not recommend coming here For those style of tacos, Unless you're looking for disappointment.

Hoemagawddddd. The birria tacos were so so good! The meat was tender and the cheese was plentiful. I’m glad I added a third one (for only $3!) I didn’t get to dip my tacos in the consommé (I asked for it plain) but it was no big deal to me. Took off a star for the atmosphere because it is a smaller place, so you are basically forced to listen to other’s conversations as you eat or dine outside. Will return again!

We ate lunch outside with our dog on a beautiful mid-October day. For appetizers, we ordered the nacho fries and the elote street corn — I’d order the street corn again and again! The chef was nice enough to cut it off the cob for me, too. The cheese crust on my husband’s birria taco was surprising and delicious, and as a vegetarian I loved the cauliflower tacos — they were seasoned well and the slaw gave them a needed crunch. The decor inside is fun, bathroom was clean, and service was top notch. Unfortunately they were out of quite a few things we wanted to try but our server suggested appropriate alternates and we enjoyed what we had.
TacoBaby is the spot! Every time I go in, I have the best experience. The girls that work there are super sweet and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and they are always super helpful with food accommodations. I highly recommend this for your next girls night, date night, or a solo date.

Working across the street at the new museum being built came inside Taco baby. Was met with a warm welcoming feeling. Miss Hope was extremely nice and her beautiful mom miss Kim was very helpful with helping me decide on what tacos I was in the mood for. Definitely five stars would highly recommend this place for anybody in the Wilmington area. ❤️❤️❤️

Checked out Tacobaby on a whim, and loved it! Food was great, but Dani, our server, was the star of the show. She was fun and sweet, and super helpful. Definitely hit up Tacobaby next time we're in Wilmington!
