Getting a coffee while waiting on our flight was a huge inconvenience for the little girl being paid to help customers. the F words out of her mouth were the biggest disappointment to a week in beautiful Chattanooga. The manager was also a snarky disrespectful twig. I guess we should have asked if they were having a hard day before requesting service. No refund given because the Manager made it out to be a major issue that *omg* required a signature.
At their airport location in Shreveport LA with Great Raft signs everywhere. I was told that is is part of Great Raft here in Shreveport and wanted to support local. It seems to be managed by a company called Tailwind, but to the review.....thick cut bacon is thin mini microwave bacon and only two very small slices. Corned beef is maybe one slice folded over.....kettle chips are lays ruffle greasy out of a bag chips. The menu is completely misleading and expensive. Very disappointed.
At ILM this morning and bar was closed. Elijah at PCJ was so helpful and got me a drink. (Flying not my thing) thank you!!!!
