I placed an order at 7:07 and the meal did not arrive until 9:37. I received a call at 8:14 informing me that the driver was “running behind” and the order would be there within 20-30 min. I received another call at 9:19 from a Surfside delivery man stating that he was at the restaurant to pick up his own personal meal, saw our meal labeled Surfside and called dispatch to inform them that our meal was just sitting there.
