This place is overrated. The milk teas are full of artificial favors blended with teas. With the price tag of $8/ small drink, I expected more authentic favors. The staffs were friendly, but the price is too high for the quality.

My friend and I came in late and immediately upon entry, we were glared at very rudely. We ordered as quickly as possible and as we were putting in the tip, the girl working said very loudly to hurry up and clarified to her coworker that she was talking to us. As much as I understand wanting to go home, that does not excuse genuinely horrible service. We didn’t feel welcome and honestly should not have tipped as much as we did, especially considering how overpriced their mediocre-at-best tea is. When we finally got our drinks, she slammed them on the counter and continued to glare at us until we left despite us being incredibly polite the entire time. My friend’s tea tasted like cough syrup, although mine was alright. I hope these people learn how to give half decent customer service or they’re going to struggle in life. All in all, I doubt I’ll be coming back which is truly a shame because I have enjoyed the customer service previously and usually their tea is somewhat worth the money.

Super cute little boba shop. Friendly staff and a cool, casual atmosphere. The tea was solid, and there’s also a make your own ramen bar. Glad to have this place around here!
We tried the rose black with lavender since it was different and new. The drink was extremely watery with little to no flavor. Very disappointed. We have had bubble tea at hundreds of places so could definitely tell this was made in worst possible proportions.

I asked for a green tea mango passion fruit with 100% sweetness refresher. My drink wasn’t sweet at all except for the poppers, and my drink didn’t taste at all of mango or passion fruit. The only good thing was the atmosphere.

Not gonna lie, their milk tea was so watered down it actually tasted like they had it sitting out and the ice in it melted before they gave it to me. I asked for light ice and still got a lot of ice and normally I wouldn’t complain about that, but I had to pay extra for light ice. They also need to fix their bathroom door or train their employee’s not to just walk in before knocking. This employee guy walked in on my friend while she was in the bathroom and he never knocked and there was no way to lock to the door because the lock was broken. I also don’t think $6 is worth it for that small of a drink.
