Very disappointed. Hours say 12-9. Came at 1 & the doors were closed/locked. Employee in the building waved at us; we thought maybe the hours were wrong. We went back about 30 minutes later after shopping, still closed. Update your hours.

Well, I should have read these reviews first. Was tossing up this or Baskin Robbins, which I was delighted with the last time....The orange sherbet at TCBY is so sickeningly sweet it's gross, I agree there are very few flavors of ice cream/yogurt to choose from and the toppings, while plentiful...were a bit stale. Also, really expensive!! Cost me $7.23 and I didn't even full my cup. I didn't finish it and went to BR!
Absolutely disgusting. Very limited flavors and scarce toppings. Why was there water in the snickers? It looked like soup. I will never return.

Tasted no better then McDonald’s ice cream , the white chocolate chips have the consistency of crayons.Btw management, fix your air conditioning and give the girl working the register a raise,10 out of 10 would highly recommend going elsewhere , can’t believe I drove across town for this disappointment.....

i'm not a big fan of tcby yogurt--rather tasteless. BUT, i was desperate for froyo yesterday and got excited about going there for lunch--dreaming of birthday cake with nutella and nuts. When i got there at noon, the hours were posted as 12 noon-9 pm, but no one was there....no matter--i had shopping to do at Whole Foods just next door. 45 minutes later, i'm super hungry and the door is still locked. I give up on tcby...i hear another yogurt shop is opening this weekend. hopefully, their staff will show up!
