Sorry for the long post!
I wanted to write to reach out in regards to Friday night 7.25.25 on my wife and I's 2nd annivesary.
We come to the Wilmington location, A LOT. I mean a lot. There were zero issues with the wait. Got on it while on market street, waited 10 minutes at store. BAM.
Lady who greeted us to walk us was super friendly, BUT she gave us severely BROWN bread. As soon as the waiter came, he asked us did we want new bread.

The only reason this a 2 star review and not one star is because the FOH service manager was very kind, apologetic, and understanding and did sincerely want to make it right. The to-go staff here were incredibly rude. I have a 30 minute lunch break at my job, so my time is limited. I placed an order at 3:40pm for one bacon cheeseburger and fries. Simple enough order right? Was given a notification it would be ready at 4:07pm. 30 minutes to prepare one burger seems like plenty...read full review
