I ordered a to-go by phone. The person was extremely helpful in suggestions for the sides because I had never had a meal from TRH before. I had the Portbello Mushroom Chicken and 2 sides of Fresh Vegetables (broccoli and carrots). The vegetables were perfectly steamed and the chicken was very tasty. The order was ready at the estimated time.

I ordered a 22 ounce ribeye. It wasn't 22 ounces, in my opinion. I saw them in the meat locker up front and they were at least an inch and a half to two inches thick. Mine came out gray and maybe a half inch thick. Very disappointed. We had waited at least 45 minutes past our wait list time and I was not going to waste another minute for another meal. The waitress was excellent though. Will not go back to that location again

Good food, not bad. They gave us the wrong meal for our kids, sent it back and they didnt bring the proper meal out until 5 minutes after we were all done eating. They waiter told us if they mess up the new, corrected order goes to the back of the line. Pretty crazy to me that we have to wait for their mistake, especially a kids order. Dirty floors and bathrooms. I saw a staff member walking around with an iPad quite a few times, maybe he could have picked up a broom.

We are regulars at Texas roadhouse busy nights always have a little bit of a weight this night. We were sat immediately in the table bar area bartenders were a 10 of fast and on point with their service food came quickly and was perfectly cooked and correctly ordered, she took leftovers home. I ate all my steaks were cooked perfectly.

Met friends last night. Salad, blooming onion, rolls and drinks were perfect! Unfortunately, the Star event, the 6oz. sirloin was extremely tough, appeared to be an end piece, not a good cut. Being with friends did not want to detract from our time together, so I did not tell the waitress. We were seated toward the back of the restaurant and it was extremely loud to the point where we could not hear each other.. we will be back because we like Texas roadhouse but it was definitely an off night for the steak. I think I would do better ordering the 8 ounce.

The food was very very good on my waitress was very nice and polite The manager came around he was very nice My only issue is they need to have more than one Texas Rose house in a town so people wouldn't have to wait so terribly long to get it other than that I will be coming back again.

Folks, let me say from the moment we walk in the service was great. The host greated us, showcased the hand it stakes and sat us. Then we had Maurice as our server and he was amazing! The place was clean, great music and timing of apps to main course spot on. Now the steaks and burgers….perfectly cooked and seasoned, the char was amazing…we love steak and some of the top dollars steak houses disappoint us. In fact, hands down this place has become our new spot when we visit Wilmington!!! Great job guys!
