I ordered a to-go by phone. The person was extremely helpful in suggestions for the sides because I had never had a meal from TRH before. I had the Portbello Mushroom Chicken and 2 sides of Fresh Vegetables (broccoli and carrots). The vegetables were perfectly steamed and the chicken was very tasty. The order was ready at the estimated time.
I ordered a 22 ounce ribeye. It wasn't 22 ounces, in my opinion. I saw them in the meat locker up front and they were at least an inch and a half to two inches thick. Mine came out gray and maybe a half inch thick. Very disappointed. We had waited at least 45 minutes past our wait list time and I was not going to waste another minute for another meal. The waitress was excellent though.

Good food, not bad. They gave us the wrong meal for our kids, sent it back and they didnt bring the proper meal out until 5 minutes after we were all done eating. They waiter told us if they mess up the new, corrected order goes to the back of the line. Pretty crazy to me that we have to wait for their mistake, especially a kids order. Dirty floors and bathrooms. I saw a staff member walking around with an iPad quite a few times, maybe he could have picked up a broom.
