Basics absolutely lives up to its name — simple, clean, and perfectly executed! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and everything feels effortlessly put together. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, coffee, or just hanging out, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Consistency, quality, and comfort — Basics nails all three. Highly recommend!
Small dining space so people are greeted outside...sonif there is a line, know there is no lobby in restaurant.
People seemed friendly and attentive. They also seem to work as a team so cant imagine much gets dropped here. Cobb salad was good. Really enjoyed the smoked chicken and guacamole turned out to be a great touch!
Tomato soup had a great flavor but consistency was more like pizza sauce. Wouldn't recommend. Mac and cheese was simple...

Great Southern influenced food with great service.
I had a risotto with shrimp and sausage, think shrimp and grits over risotto. When it came out I said no way I'm finishing that. It was so good I finished it all and then needed to go for a walk to work a bit off.
This was my second time there and I was once again impressed...
