Cool atmosphere in a hidden alley. The cocktails were nothing special but lots of beer and wine options. For the price of drinks, they shouldn’t charge a $5 entry.

My husband and I don’t drink but we came for the mocktails and they didn’t disappoint! The Romero, Romero was amazing. Our night was a bit disrupted when a tour guide named Steve came to the people behind us and kindly told them he needed the space they were in for his tour but he wasn’t allowed to ask them to move. They said no, so he went to the other side of the upstairs and did the same thing and they said yes. He then proceeded to pack 16 or so people up there and loudly tell his stories and cuss. It was very uncomfortable and ruined the vibe. We decided to leave soon after that. Still 5 stars though because the drink was great and the atmosphere prior was great.

This would be 0 stars if that could be set. Do NOT go there, they charge an exorbitant per person "membership" fee (which is not required in NC) and then kick you out if you don't like their drinks.

Our friends took us for a “tour” of downtown Wilmington and we were not disappointed! This speakeasy is one of a kind. Hidden in an alley I was a little apprehensive, but once we walked in I was blown away. I felt like I was in a Time Machine! This place has a Sarah of spirits. I ordered an old fashioned with Jefferson’s, and my wife ordered one of their featured cocktails. ? The bartenders are true mixologists! This is a Wilmington hidden gem!

Was trying to be nice with staff and had casual conversation at the bar. There was only 7 people in the whole place because we were there early in the day. My sister just had to put down her dog so she was a little upset and I told them and they said that they honestly wanted us to leave. Yes, we were drinking but we were not belligerent or disrespectful in any matter. (At no point did we yell or cause any problems) I do apologize for having double Ds and tipping over my own drink, but I literally helped clean it up. I have never left a review at any place and I have worked the food industry for 5+ years. No matter how rude a customer has been or degrading they have been, I have NEVER been that rude or non empathetic. (and I have gotten a lot of mistreatment working at a young age at a food establishment) I have always had a great experience during busier hours so maybe it was just the bald guy and the other blonde guy working there for 3+ years but it was a terrible experience toward the end of my time being there. At no point was I and anyone else I was with rude or disrespectful, if anything I was super nice to their other customers. (I was even complimenting them) Those 2 workers were absolutely disrespectful. I understand people being drunk and causing fights, but I simply closed my tab after I explained why I was in the bathroom with my sister for 10ish minutes because again she just put her dog down not even 2 weeks ago. (Also if you are close with your sister or girlfriends you know you get carried away talking even if it’s in the bathroom) They were rude and un empathetic when there was literally 7 customers in the establishment. They were lucky I even gave a 20% tip sooooo enjoy. You wanted me to leave so I indefinitely left(: again, I understand wanting drunk unreasonable people to leave anestablishment, but we were nice and reasonable people. I went to many places that day and had great conversations with every worker because I genuinely want to be nice!

A favorite spot. Great ambiance, not loud, and fantastic drinks. Old Fashioned & Lions Tail this evening. A most stop when I'm in Wilmington. $5 annual membership required, but well worth it!

Wow, I’ve never appreciated cocktails so much. Knowledgeable bartenders made me a fantastic drink based on things I told him I liked. Classy and inviting atmosphere with nice music that you can talk over, what a treat.
