The Cardinal Restaurant Reviews
My family and I have enjoyed visiting the Cardinal for its fine food, libations and especially the personal service we receive from Marco. He is attentive and friendly, adding to the wonderful experience we have whenever we visit.
My Dad text and said I want to take you and your sister out to eat for her birthday, since she’s in town! I had shown her the menu last night. She was impressed. Needless to say we went! The Cardinal Restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with its open and spacious atmosphere. The staff is known for being friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service to guests. The menu showcases a variety of delicious dishes, including perfectly cooked filet, juicy burgers, and mouth-watering Short Ribs. Recent reviews highlight the grouper with sautéed spinach, tomatoes, and asparagus as a top seafood choice, while the ribeye and mashed potatoes received high praise for their quality. The penne pasta with tomato cream sauce is also noted for being really good. The crab dip and herb butter with sourdough bread are described as excellent, enhancing the overall experience.
Customers appreciate the diverse menu, with options like the steak Philly salad and chicken Genevieve being noted for their taste. The margarita pizza, while sauce heavy, has its fans, although some suggest it could use more cheese and basil. The restaurant is recognized for its fresh food and great service, with many regulars making it a lively neighborhood spot. Despite the wait time potentially reaching ten to fifteen minutes due to its popularity, guests agree that it is worth the wait. With reasonable prices, this neighborhood restaurant is a fantastic place for a night out and comes highly recommended for family and friends.
