Cancels/refunds toogoodtogo orders every single day. Why even be on the app? Wasting the customers time and money for literally nothing. Worst donut inn location in ILM. Stick to porters neck location for competent staff

Donuts looked great, but was crunchy. tasted like the oil and very little filling. Disappointed in the end and end up throwing out over half the donuts.

Amazing food! Sandwiches, burritos, and their donuts are amazing! It's definitely worth a try. Donuts are fresh and so good! Yummy flavors too!

Food is great, but every time I get it, I remember why I only come here maybe once a year. Wait time is ridiculous! Im not sure they can cook more than one item at a time. Had to online order through door dash bc its their only option besides clover. Placed the order 45 minutes ago (said ready in 15-20, arrived at 25min). Only 2 customers in house when I got there. Also overheard staff bashing on Door Dash people while I waited. All I did was walk in & tell them my name, & was told order wasn’t ready. Current 3 staff members just hanging out at counter. It was 10 minutes between when each of other 2 people got their order. All small orders by bag sizes. I only ordered a single bfast burrito. Atmosphere is great, food is great, staff seems nice (except door dash comment). service is SLOW…Molasses slow if you order anything that needs to be cooked.

I always take mine to go. This is the ONLY place I want donuts from. They are quality and quantity. You may think the price is high, but it's the same as other places and these donuts are huge! And delicious! Great coffee too!

First time trying Donut Inn. Loved it. My toddler got a chocolate cake donut and stuffed it in his face. Workers are incredibly friendly. Steady flow of people at 9am on a Wednesday. Bagel sandwich was perfect.

The food is amazing! I live a hour away so for the first time trying this, I highly recommend visiting. The staff is nice and sweet, and even offered a free donut. I got the Boston Cream and the donut was so big and worth its cost. The place was warm and felt like I was at home. 10/10

They have a great deal on apple fritters as part of the dozen assortment. The fritters were crispy, filled with apple pieces, and the service was excellent.
