My wife, 2 teenage sons, and I enjoyed lunch here after a historical walking tour of Wilmington, NC in late March 2024. Lots of pluses. First, the fried chicken on salad (with avocado slices) was delightful! You can't go wrong with the fried chicken dishes here. Second, the portions are generous if you're especially hungry. Third, this place has a wide selection of local craft beers - and gives you an opportunity to try various IPAs. There were only 2 minuses. First, it felt rather crowded inside the small pub-like restaurant so we decided to sit at an outdoor table. This is not a place if you're feeling claustrophobic. Second, eating outside meant that our server came out later than expected (service felt rather slow). Not a big deal, but I would not eat here if you're in a rush during peak lunch hours. Overall, this is a classic "Southern lunch spot" that will be enjoyed by the family.

I I moved from NJ and food in NC does not compare, but I can absolutely say that the burgers do not disappoint. I will definitely be back! Awesome job by all and this comes from someone who can eat burgers 24/7.

Food was horrible, I've had better bar food, and almost everything on the menu was $15 plus dollars, worst brisket ever.

Great prices and huge servings! The food is so amazing, I got a burger and fries. I also got a "Flirtini" and that was tasty. Our bartender was also very good and helpful. Go here if you're by yourself or in a small group, they don't have big tables. And go here if you want a lot of bang for your buck!

We came here because burgers and Guy Fieri. I'm so happy we did! Service was very good - when they were out of the wine I was drinking the waitress made a great suggestion for a replacement. The burgers were SO good. I had the pimento and I HIGHLY recommend it. While the fries are not celiac safe, they have a gluten free bun that was great. As someone with a gluten allergy (not celiac)I felt safe and did not have a reaction. We would happily come back and bring friends.

Was here 2 years ago. The food is good except ...do not order the french fries. We figured after 2 years that they had figured out greasey french fries floating in grease was not a good thing.Decided to try again during the Azalea Festival..... guess what.... same greasy french fries from 2 years ago!Our server immediately (she gets 5 stars) took care of the problem and exchanged the french fries for a Caesar salads.A very cool place and would go back againBut will ask about the French fry problem... and see if it has been corrected.

This is seriously the BEST restaurant. The staff are so friendly. I came here because they offer a gluten free alternative bun for their burgers. And let me tell you it was the best gluten free bun I've ever tasted. I need the name of their supplier, or if they make it in house how do I order some? Seriously. Justin, not sure if owner or head chef, came out and gave me his information and told me if I give him notice he can make pretty much anything on the menu gluten free. I was shocked because normally with gluten allergies people are kind of rude like it's made up. I had ordered my burger with side salad, the only side that was GF, and he asked me if I wanted fries instead and made them separately for me. I've never had someone be so thoughtful. I never am able to eat fries out, I seriously had to choke back tears so I didn't look like a fool Customer for life

Busy, no reservations, we waited about 30 minutes for a table for 4 on a Friday night. Overall, we enjoyed the food. I went with the ‘build your own burger’ option, with American Cheese, Grilled Onions, and Bacon. The burger was delicious with a great bun. For apps we tried the Duck Wings with the Hot Honey Garlic and Roasted Peach BBQ sauces, and the Wellington Bites. The wings were awesome…Skip the Wellington Bites.

Didn't live up to the hype for me. Good drinks and sandwiches. My salad came out a long time after the rest of the table and was only ok. Bathroom was dirty and out of soap.
