The fortunate glass is one of the best wine bars I have ever been to from the wine selection, to the food, and then the service! My husband and I have been coming here for many years and it’s always consistently above and beyond amazing. The weekly food specials are always a treat, but we do have our favorites on the menu that are staples! Go for a fun night out with friends or an intimate date night you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely loved this place! The service was great! The food and wine were delicious, and they had a great selection to choose from. We got the duck sliders, and they were phenomenal! The server and owner were very welcoming as well. I will definitely be back again on our next trip to Wilmington 😁

Best keep “food” secret in downtown Wilmington. Adorable wine bar, but the food should be Michelin rated! No need to look at menu…just order the soup and flatbread of the day…you’ll never be disappointed! Become a food snob in a wine bar!!! Not to mention the owner is a fantastic piano player, an added extra when it’s a Tuesday night!!!

Don’t miss this cozy spot in downtown Wilmington. The wine options by the glass are extensive & quite nice. We also enjoyed the small plates with daily specials plus their charcuterie. Our cheese board was both beautiful & so tasty with many unexpected small touches. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you stop in.
We walked in by chance and I’m glad we did. Everything was very fairly price, the food was good, the wine was great. The best part was the ambiance. I really felt as though I was back at a wine bar in Rome. Bonus that the owner was very friendly!

Lovely pre-theater visit last night. Amazing charcuterie board and extensive by the glass wine list. Pours are generous, so don’t be afraid to order the “half glasses” and try more wines! I had three half glasses and my husband had a full glass and all four wines were excellent.

No customer service... literally was never asked if we wanted food... took 12 minutes for them to come back and ask if we wanted something to drink... but the couple next to us was getting all the food he wanted...Unfortunate Experience.. I am sure they are better than that.. but I won't be back...
