This was the first time at this Melting Pot location but we had high expectations because of our first experience at the Charlotte location. The food was delicious and our waitress was outstanding. She gave us time to figure out what we wanted and made sure we were good throughout our visit. Definitely would recommend.

Melting pot is our go to place for girls night. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff are so worth the hour drive from Jacksonville. Chad and Thea have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make the experience enjoyable.
My favorites- fiesta cheese, house salad add the pine nuts (you have got to try these!) and bananas foster chocolate with the waffles!

Cannot express how pleased we were with our experience here. I have celiac and the amount of attention to detail ensuring I was only given foods that were safe for me to eat and to make sure there was no cross contamination was unreal. Our sever Jacob went above and beyond checking every item so I would not get sick. They have gluten free bread and brownies that made me question if it was really safe because of how good they were. Will definitely be returning and recommend it to anyone with celiac that wants a nice dining experience.

We enjoyed ourselves for real. We celebrated our 23rd anniversary and received a package with roses, balloons, and happy anniversary chocolate. Our waitress was terrific and very attentive. She explained everything and explained how everything worked. The food was great, we had a secluded seat, it was quiet, and it was probably our best dinner during our trip.
