Dingy, dark and dirty! It seriously scares me to think what the kitchen and the cooks look like!!!🤮 You walk in and the place is a disaster, all the tables are pushed to one side of the room with boxes piled high on top of them.

We moved from New York about 3 years ago and for 3 years we couldn't find good Chinese food in Wilmington until we found paper crane!! This place is consistently good and I'm always impressed with everything we've ordered. The boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice are incredible. The spare ribs are never dry or burnt and it comes with the most delicious sauce. My husband always orders general tsos with lomein and he's always happy. The steamed broccoli smothered in brown sauce is so addicting, we have to always get it. I'm highly allergic to sesame and this place takes allergies so seriously, I've never gotten sick unlike other Chinese restaurants in Wilmington.
Very impressed with this place and just happy to find a consistent restaurant in Wilmington that never disappoints!

I’ve gotten food from here a few times but this was egregious for the hunan beef got like a few strips of beef and then ONLY VEGETABLES like 5 strips of beef in my hunann beef I usually like my food here but this is just crazy I didn’t know I needed to order no vegetables so I could get a sliver of the meat I paid for not even funny it’s been a while since I’ve ordered here but has it really just become this bad that’s really sad the delivery guy is so nice he deserves better :(

PLEASE TELL ME WHY IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY TODAY. I AM FURIOUS. It’s no reason a Chinese restaurant should be allowed to serve food and they don’t know how to cook Chinese food. This shrimp fried rice has NO SEASONING TASTE SOY SAUCE VEGETABLES NOTHING. This was supposed to be our meal later tonight because we were going to be in area where there is no food waiting to deliver our load. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Now I have lost time and money and guess what I’m hungry because I have nothing to eat. I DO NOT wish anyone to waste their time and money coming to this place. The name says it all m, I should have followed my first mind. Oh yeah I gave the crab Rangoon’s back because they were DISCUSSING. If a Chinese restaurant cant cook fried rice then SHUT IT DOWN!

Absolutely disgusting. I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered coconut chicken, got chewy nuggets with a can of cold congealed coconut milk poured on top. Both entrees and app were so bad that we threw it all away and went back out to eat somewhere else. Rude and we waited an hour.
I would recommend Paper Crane over any takeout Chinese place in Wilmington. We've tried others but we really enjoyed the food, it was hot and amazing. We had ordered delivery and it was here faster than expected, which is a plus. I'd guess the driver works for them. We got egg rolls, ragoons, sesame and Tso's chicken, and some fried rice. Egg rolls seemed homemade? They were our favorites

Came home and their flyer was in my home meaning they slipped it under my door through the insulation. Not cool. Maybe leave in the door but do not put your trash in my house!

I ordered sesame chicken and fried lo mein. They gave me fried rice. Glad Grubhub gave me a refund. Also, the sesame chicken has barely any flavor, as does the rice and broccoli. Not usually picky but I’d skip this place and go somewhere else.
