We enjoyed the food and scenery! We went for Valentine's dinner. The food is always good for lunch or dinner. Outdoor seating has a great water view.

There were 6 of us a week ago for dinner. We were able to dine in their new dining room. We all had something different & were so pleased with the food. Our waitress Addison was gracious , conscientious, & funny.Parking: Ample parking with a lovely setting too.

Solid food on the intercostal. American casual with a seafood flair. Tuna nachos, nice bar menu, and you can watch the boats go out. Great for outside dining on a warm day. Parking can be difficult on a sunny day, you share the parking lot with the marina.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free, celiac, no issues with cross contamination.

Our favorite place to stop at when we're out on the boat! Most places in Wrightsville Beach ICW get too crowded, and Sailfish makes it easy to come by for a quick drink or snack on the water! The marina guys are always super helpful when docking our boat! I love getting a margarita and some grouper bites! They have the best views and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend stopping by on your boat!

Food was just ok...expensive due to location. Staff was wonderful though. Considering there are not a lot of options near here, I guess it wouldn't be terrible.

The atmosphere is awesome, right on the water! I suppose this restaurant is tourist based, because it’s a lot of fun in the summer. Extremely over priced for the drinks and food. Every time I visit I am disappointed by quality of the food. On a Friday night there were only 4 parties. Ordered New England Clam Chowder, and what came out seemed to be a mix from whatever they found in the kitchen- corn, shrimp, etc. Server wasn’t very attentive either. Are you guys about to close for the winter or something?I’ll be back in the summer, possibly for drinks on the water, but not the food.We felt poorly a few hours after eating our meal, and it was probably the questionable soup they served.

Nice meal on the water. Relaxed environment. Decent food. Attentive staff. Grouper bites & hush puppies very yummy. Pecan encrusted salmon was delish but pecan-topping could do without (it had brown sugar in it I think?). Salmon was cooked perfectly med-rare. Yum. Very family friendly environment & casual wear acceptable. A little on the pricey side for grille-type food (2 of us with no alcohol was $70 with 20% tip). View is amazing tho!

While the view is good, the seating is uncomfortable. The menu is limited. We ordered the shrimp basket (which was pretty good but tiny shrimp) my husband ordered the crab cake sandwich. He offered me a taste and I stated it didn't taste like crab. After inquiring further, we were informed that it contained "a little" FLOUNDER. It tasted like mostly flounder. Now we were not allergic to fish, but many people are. That is not disclosed on the menu. They need to get professionals to run that kitchen.

I used to frequent the sailfish quite a bit... restaurant I can get to by boat which is nice. Last experience there was pretty bad. Did not receive what I ordered could have been an easy mistake but when the waitress had the manager come talk to me he simply said that's the right thing do you want me to bring the chef out here? Didn't offer to make it right, nothing else just said that and walked away. Probably won't go well if you keep running off the locals.

We planned to have Sunday lunch at Sailfish today. 1 hour 20 min later, seated at a table, no food. Our waitress was kind, but fibbed that we got behind an 8 top table. Many other tables were served after the 8 top. Bar Manager and onsite manager said they had proof our order had only been in 32 mins??!! We sat there, watched people come and go and finally decided to leave after being overlooked for so long. We asked what the problem was AND the manager yelled at us! Extremely rude. It was a hot, busy day for them, and I know it can be frustrating, but we never got lunch! We were not only frustrated, but hungry. We were highly disappointed. I know things happen, but in a service industry, to not acknowledge the problem, and raise their voice to us as the customer, there was absolutely no excuse.
