Such a warm and welcoming place. We came for my moms birthday and there were so many personalized touches to make her feel special and celebrate her day. Not only did we enjoy delicious tea and food, we learned about the tasting notes in the teas, historical facts about the food and traditions, and sampled some historically accurate morsels. Everything is the highest quality.One concern I had was that we wouldn’t feel full after eating tiny sandwiches and desserts but there’s a lot there and I felt very satisfied.The owner, chef, host, and tea expert Karen is very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions we had. It was a fantastic experience, can’t wait to return!

Karen is amazing with the way she runs her tea room. Timeless Table is a great place for small, intimate tea time. 2 of my girlfriends and I recently came with our guests. We had fabulous food (all made by Karen), exquisite tea and beautiful seasonal decor.

From the moment we walked in, Karen made our experience just lovely! As a tea person and event planner myself, I appreciate the little loving details that she created in the room and on the table. The tea selection was a nice assortment of good quality teas. The decorated cookies at each place setting was a nice touch. Our tea tiers were absolutely beautiful and had a delicious selection of elegant tea sandwiches and delicious desserts. The scones were perfectly done and served with lemon curd, raspberry jam and real clotted cream. Yum! Lots of opportunity for photos and conversation. It was a wonder afternoon out and Karen was so helpful explaining the different teas and other parts of the tea table for those at the table who had not been to afternoon tea before. I highly recommend The Timeless Table!

I visited the Timeless Table today with 3 friends.Karen couldn't be more accommodating. The shoppe is comfortable, with extensive displays of tea pots! Karen is very knowledgeable of the teas and everyone got individual porcelain pots. The goodies came out on a three tiered stand, with finger sandwiches, English scones ( not the American type, they're more like a biscuit), clotted cream and jam and lemon curd, and then the desserts. Everything was wonderful! We all had a great time and will be back. I highly recommend you try The Timeless Table. 5 stars.

I had a birthday celebration at The Timeless Table. What an awesome gem in Wilmington. Karen was so welcoming. The table setting was gorgeous. There were many different options for tea served in the most adorable tea pots. Everything we ate was delicious. My friends and I enjoyed being able to hang out and enjoy each others company without feeling rushed. We will definitely be back!
