A crowded night for a very good Egales Tribute band. With a $25 entrance fee, on a very warm night and with no air conditioning, very disappointing. Don't think I'll go back?

Great place to have lunch after golf. Aubrey is a fantastic hostess/server who treats us like family. Food is always good; regardless of what you order. They serve breakfast as well, so you can pass a frost delay in style!!!

Ah, the Veranda has been a local secret spot for years. Their staff is unmatched to any other place I have found. The view from the back patio on to the large driving range is spectacular. If you have never been, go see what it's all about. You will love it!

We live in beau rivage and had family in town staying at the resort. We played golf and decided to eat at the restaurant around 6pm Tuesday night. Originally we were outside and overheard two people who said they were regulars already complaining about the ONE bartender/server that was there and they were saying how mean she was. I have worked in the service industry for many years and always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but soon found out why they were so upset. We decided to move inside since it was so hot and sat down for at least 15 minutes and no one came to our table. We then realized the bartender was the only person there so I got up just to let her know we moved inside and I said very nicely “excuse me..” and before I finished my sentence the bartender/server snapped at me “I’ll be right with you!” So I turned around and sat down. A few minutes later two lady’s walked in and she rushed over to them with menus and got their drink order, came back promptly and got their food order while we sat and watched. My dad (who was staying at the resort) was pretty upset at this point so he told the person at the front desk. She eventually came to get our order with a huge attitude and made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Our food took over 30 min to come out .. it was only 5 of us ordering wings a burger and salad. (There was two other tables with people at them and 4 people at the bar who already had drinks) our food finally came out, most of which was cold and then there was a blonde hair in the salad.. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed while eating out in my life. There needs to be more than one person working or at least someone that is able to handle it on their own. We told her about the hair and she said “oh…I mean I’ll take it off your bill then…” clearly could care less , zero stars for the service, I am still in shock how terrible it was.

Just had family members stay here and was very impressed with the room. It had a large living room overlooking the golf range and an amply large bedroom. Price was reasonable for tourist season on a weekend. We ate breakfast in the morning and I’ll definitely be back for that again.

I stayed here before in an upstairs room-no problems. On this trip, we stayed on the first floor and had 2 nights of no sleep. The people above us on both nights were running around, jumping, and talking loud all night and morning. On the first sleepless night, I complained to the girl at front desk and asked her if we can move to an upstairs room. She said it was not necessary because the people above us were checking out and there will be no one else in that room during the remainder of our stay. Well, on our .last night, people checked in that room and, once again, we had to deal with NOISE. I talked to the same girl at desk and she told me to wait until morning to talk to manager. I did and he was not nice or accommodating at all. He wanted to know why he just heard about all of this now. I told him I talked to the girl twice but it didn’t matter to him. He said I should have called emergency numbers that were posted (where?) He also said that’s how hotel rooms are. And I’m thinking, really? for the price I’m paying. That’s too bad because I like the location of the hotel. The rooms are outdated but clean. I just didn’t expect the abruptness and rudeness from the manager.I only hope the hotel doesn’t completely go downhill because of the disrespectfullness.

Good food, nice servers. Took a little longer then we would have liked for our food to come out after we ordered.

Terrible experience, the bartender decided to serve all her friends. We sat and watched her serve at least 10 people after taking our drink order but she didn't seem to care. 1st time in years I've not left a tip.
