Never been here before, but came today to try it. The lady working didn't even acknowledge us or say hi, and the menu wasn't on the screens, so we used the paper menus on the counter to look at. The TV was on in the seating area very loud and it was very awkward. We did not end up eating here due to lack of service.

To whomever this message reaches, I want to kindly advise you to get rid of that nasty, disrespectful female you have taking orders and answering the phone. Foremost, she answered "Tokyo Express. What do you want?" and I guarantee you she will say otherwise. Secondly, I made a mistake ordering at the wrong location and when I kindly expressed my apologies, she rudely hung up. That girl is ghetto, with no etiquette, and no respect for anyone, especially the customers. God knows she will not make it far in life with that type of attitude. She can hit my line and I will show her how to come to me correct. But I swear, if I ever step foot in that place and recognize that voice... she'll be having a worse day than she had today. I couldn't care less if she has any personal issues outside of work, but she needs to learn how to leave that nasty attitude and her problems at her front door. That was not professional and is inexcusable. Anthony, the manager, I'm assuming, do better and hire better people.

Highly recommend trying this place out. My family has tried almost the entire menu and have never been dissapointed. My daughter is picky & anytime she picks where we eat this is her choice. The food is ALWAYS hot & fresh. Very little wait time, huge portions for the price and great customer service. You can't beat

Recent price increase plus implied tablet tip makes the single hibachi chicken entree $17.54 after tax. Way more than the quality you get. My food was precooked chicken (at least a day old) the rest was mush that was ready immediately when I ordered, just warmed up.Tastes like mush, not high quality food.Anthony up front was really nice though.

All food is precooked and warmed upon order or kept warm and spooned into the to go boxes. The whole point of hibachi is “cooked on order.” It’s supposed to be fresh. Anyways, chicken was mostly dark meat and tasted terrible. Veggies were soggy and greasy. Rice was at least tolerable. I almost didn’t leave a review, there no way this place stays open much longer.

My daughter picked up two meals for my wife and I. My chicken teriyaki and steak were horrible. The chicken had a strange texture. The steak was cut extremely small. Many pieces were slightly bigger than a pencil eraser. We asked for it to be cooked rare on both orders. The steak was cooked to death and dry. My wife's jumbo shrimp was edible, that's about it. The crab ragoon tasted good and the veggies. I looked online at their prices prior to my daughter going in the store to order. They had raised the prices in store. Stay far away from this place. There are so many better choices for Hibachi style meals to go.

Good food but seriously y'all get my order wrong EVERY time. I ordered 2 steak and shrimps and the lady who took my order added chicken as well. I didn't want to pay for that, hence why I only asked for steak and shrimp. Last time I ordered 2 entrees and same scenario the lady got them both wrong. Hire a new employee to take to go orders.

Food is always phenomenal and reasonably priced. Service is polite and quick. The restaurant itself is about what you'd expect for the area so nothing ground breaking, however they do keep it almost spotless so that's fine with me.Overall I'd say a great place to get some hibachi, and some great sushi.

Customer Support

This place is horrible. It had no redeeming quality. Sushi is better and cheaper at the grocery store. Hibachi steak could be made better at home and wouldn’t be 12 dollars…. Worst crab Rangoon I’ve ever had. I can understate how poor quality the food or service is. Took 20 minutes to get a few things and it cost $75… i can’t believe this place is in business. Do better
