Came im yesterday for lunch. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch flat bread as usual. My bacon was undercooked and that never happened. I asked if they could give me some crispy bacon but was told all they sandwiches was premade and I couldn’t get another sandwich or crispy bacon. I asked for a refund they said they would get online that day to issues it. Went in today to see them making sandwiches their bacon was in a tub and was told they didn’t do the refund yesterday but would do it today. They could have just gave me crispy bacon and wouldn’t have had to do a refund. And they did not have to lie and tell me they sandwiches are premade when they are not premade. They are made as you order. Sucks cause I go here all the time

They were great about my gluten allergy! Kiddos were happy with their sandwich and cookie. Great friendly staff.

I wanted something small for breakfast so I tried their All American Wrap. It was not edible & I returned it. Bacon was small, super thin, about 95% fat & greasy. I asked cashier to have manager call me but never heard from anyone. (I would have preferred talking to them rather than this public review). Honestly they should remove it from menu. The price was inexpensive but product was poor (not reflective of majority of other menu products). I love their chocolate peanut butter smoothies (always say no added sugar). I don’t understand why so many eating establishments continue to add sugar to everything! Totally unnecessary & very unhealthy!!

I ordered a smoothie and kids cheese quesadilla to my house which is a plain and simple option. I am allergic to chicken and received a chicken quesadilla cold too. No way to contact for refund either.

The Team is amazing! Used them for Catering for my Work Event and The food was awesome! Everyone on the Team is just Great! Highly Recommend Catering!!

Asked to speak to the Manager after 15 mins an employee came out from the back to tell me the manager would not be back for 30 mins. I asked for a refund bc my food was not delivered. I was told to go through Grubhub website. They could not provide any information.

I have been coming here for many moons, but recently have noticed a change in customer service and quality of food. This morning, I ordered the Hummus VEGGIE… spent $11 for something that was not made correctly the first time. It had meat in it, and fell apart as soon as I opened it. Thankfully a caring employee did her best to fix the issue. But while eating the veggie wrap, there’s barely any hummus, absolutely no avocado, and that “lite ranch” was the entire wrap. Very disappointing to see this place go from yum to honestly not caring to step a foot in this place again.

Just so the public knows, this place pays a dollar above minimum wage starting pay. So if your service isn’t good that’s why. Can’t expect your employees to be stellar when you aren’t paying them a livable wage 🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff didn’t know what it was doing, chaotic environment with customers watching the employees make their smoothie after asking them to make it again twice….online order receipts just piling up at the counter. Expensive food for a subpar atmosphere

Yummy wrap and healthy smoothie.

Second time in a row that I have placed a delivery order and only received the smoothies and not the food that I ordered. I had to drive across town both times to get my food because there is no direct phone line to the store. Please improve your delivery order checks so that this does not continue to happen. I will certainly not be ordering delivery from your business ever again.

Food was absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic
