Everything I got was good other than the Caribbean Jerk wrap. The rice was crunchy. I still ate it cause I was hungry and it was good, so I'm not really complaining.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Ordered my food and had it in less than 2-minutes. I had the green yogurt bowl. Young lady working was courteous, very fast, and professional. I’ll be back.

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap, the staff forgot to make it and when they had to be reminded, the chicken was still frozen. The staff never apologized or a red like anything was wrong.

That being said, however, I was very disappointed tonight when I came in to order a quesadilla and smoothie for myself. The staff refused to make the quesadilla because they had simply shut off the machine nearly an HOUR prior to their scheduled close time. Wish I had known before making the drive…

I get that they have high school kids in there, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have common decency… walked in and they all laughed at me. Then started to talk about me as I walked out the door.

Smoothies are ice and flavored powder.Gross, my dog won’t even eat it.

Smoothie was like a snowcone, it was so icy I couldn’t even drink it through the straw. Flatbread had a hair in it. This is straight embarrassing. Long leaf mall location has always been awesome.

Ordered delivery from their website, waited about 2 hours and it never arrived. Tried calling the store and nobody ever picked up. Tried to email to ask what could be done about the situation, i just wanted my food, that was it. They said they would get back to me, never did, emailed them again, still couldn't "figure" anything out and were still investigating. Been about 3-4 weeks now........so I guess that would be a no. Could have just told you weren't going to do anything about it
