I ordered a Thai chicken wrap, the staff forgot to make it and when they had to be reminded, the chicken was still frozen. The staff never apologized or a red like anything was wrong.

That being said, however, I was very disappointed tonight when I came in to order a quesadilla and smoothie for myself. This place is horrible with food. It's never consistent and they have messed so up many food orders that I get on my lunch breaks. But I can't even call them because their phone doesn't accept calls! I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but I either get gipped on meat in my flat bread, they forget ingredients like tomato's, one time the chicken was so salty I couldn't bare to eat it. But what drives me insane is I can't even cal them to get a my next one free for them messing up my order and I can't go back once I get to work. I have no other choice but to eat it or throw it away.

Smoothie was like a snowcone, it was so icy I couldn’t even drink it through the straw. Flatbread had a hair in it. This is straight embarrassing. Long leaf mall location has always been awesome.

Constantly this business does not care if you get a correct order or not whether delivered or in cafe! When you do not and you once again must drive to the hays lane branch they could care less but MOSTLY BLAME DRIVERS FOR MISSING SMOOTHIES, saying they are supposed to read the order regardless of them putting tickets on top of each other making that impossible, they put smoothies in a different place as well? They do not want to have to deal with delivery apparently.They have messed up my order so bad I stopped ordering from this Hays lane store. TS at Long leaf has none of these issues! Hays lane may make one out of four items correctly I order and pickup but get in the car to check and inevitably must go back in the store and wait with no apology or incentive for my order to be fixed!Today we thought we would try again! Delivered in an hour but delivered all cheese quesadillas instead of chicken and cheese we ordered and liquid melted smoothies .

the lady there did do a amazing job! it was really busy today and they handled it amazin. The food and smoothie is always great. there was a older man giving this one girl a lot of trouble and she handed it amazingly

I just left Tropical Smoothie Cafe 10 minutes ago, where I stood for approximately 5 minutes before a person asked anything of me. To put it in perspective, i stand 6 foot 2 and about a donut a way from 370. So, my presence should have been felt or acknowledged in some capacity. No hello or welcome to Smoothie King was uttered by any worker while I stood there waiting to be served. Mind you, I counted at least 3 workers who knew I was standing at the counter, which included 1 female to the left of me, yapping it up with two other (females/ non employees). This same worker remained in conversation and not once tried to divert her attention to the only person in my area, which was yours truly. There was another worker who twice ventured into my +vicinity to give a sandwich to a patron who glanced in my direction, but no verbal response or salutation was uttered to me. Another employee came from the back of the establishment to drop a sandwich off to another employee; she briefly made eye contact with me before scrurrying back to whatever she was doing. All this back and forth is occurring while that same employee is indulging in whatever nonsensical converation that millennials have at any given point in time. To say that i'm disappointed would be an understatement, i drove past a Smoothie King, waisting gas, of course, to give Tropical Smoothie Cafe my business. I won't make that mistake again!!!

Ordered online, the whole order was completely wrong after opening it when I got home. Furthermore, my food and smoothie were covered in leftover smoothie and peanut butter from other orders on the pickup shelf. Looked more like a toddlers mess than anything. Never going here again, extremely disappointed!
