True Blue Butcher and Barrel

I have a service dog, we made reservations to eat there but when we got to the restaurant to eat we were told we could only eat outside. It's a cool night. There's no reason for us to eat outside- my service dog is a mobility aide just like any other medical equipment. In all my time of having my service dog, we have never once been told we couldn't eat inside, or treated like less than until coming to true blue butcher and barrel.

Found this place entirely by accident and couldn't have been happier. It was an experience of a meal in the best of ways. The fish was fantastic and the steak was divine. While it is pricier than other places, the difference is notable, without the loss of portion sizen as the sides can easily be shared among two people. True Blue, is worth every penny and more, we will be back again!

The food was nothing special, but we ordered two Mac and cheese, one of which was normal, and the other was very soupy. We asked the waitress about it, which she just brushed off and took it away. She was polite the rest of the time, but didn’t offer anything or apologize on behalf of the cooks. Was disappointing :/

We had an amazing server, Mitchell! He was helpful on our drink selections, got us our food quickly and was so kind! He made our experience along with the amazing food!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and Mitchell was our waiter and he was AWESOME! So knowledgeable & accommodating!

Mitch is the best! He recommended we start with the waggu special which was phenomenal. We had the arugula steak salad and filet with potatoes. Everything came out perfect. Mitch is so knowledgeable on all menu items, and provided excellent service.

Explained it was my 1st time. The server didn't seem interested in making it a great experience. The dessert menu was verbal, but I wasn't told the key lime pie was served hot. French fries were room temperature at best.

I'm disappointed as I'm always asked, "Where to eat," and unfortunately, I can't recommend it because I didn't have a good experience.
