Bagels on Pointe - Downtown

Placed our order and sat down to wait for the food. Girl was vacuuming while the other girl was cooking and we could see the dust getting kicked up in the sunlight. Instead of setting our food down on the table she threw the bag down and it almost fell off the table. Bagels were barely wrapped up and food was flying out of the wrapping. Then when we got to eating the sandwiches they had gotten our order wrong. So when we asked them to remake them they gave us lots of attitude. Asked us in a very condescending way if we were sure our orders were wrong. Read back the orders correctly with so much attitude. Finally got the correct food and it was good then. They just were so rude with their customer service.

This is a awesome place to start your day. The staff is friendly and very attentive to the regular customers needs . Come grab a bagel or two after your morning walk along the riverfront.

Excellent location, delicious bagels with lots of options, and kind and hardworking service. Seems to be understaffed, but the one employee manning the griddle and the register was polite and incredibly efficient. On point, one may say. ;)

These bagels, unfortunately, are NOT on point. They weren't even real bagels. They were unidentifiable pastries masquerading as bagels. Other than that the place was clean, staff was pleasant, and prices were good. But if you're looking for actual bagels, this place isn't it.

So good!!! The service is great but the bagels? Phenomenal. I was a little skeptical when I walked in because the shop is small and it seemed like the place was run by some young 20 somethings but they were so nice and very good at their jobs. The bagels were so fresh and delicious. There are lots of options but get there early because they ran out of the majority of the bagels by the time we got there. I am so happy I came here- I needed it!
