They’re on Grubhub, have an iPad and a sign but don’t take orders anymore apparently? Waited for a half hour after placing an online order before they asked. Couldn’t end up ordering anything because they were out of bagels by 11am on a Sunday. Strange.

Stopped in both locations three times recently and every time the bagels were delicious! Interesting flavor options and the cream cheese was very fresh and wonderful! The service was efficient, the girls working were pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant was spotless and the outdoor seating was a nice touch on a beautiful day! We are looking forward to our next visit!

Very unprofessional business. The fake reviews from staff and friends to make you look good looks pretty desperate on your part. Your business ethics are a joke! Look inward, you’re the problem. Has young kids trying to run the business that have no clue and bully and micromanage staff. Get better management and the owner needs to step up and address issues like an actual boss!

Arrived at 7:20 to the door just having been unlocked. We said a cheery good morning and were told that opening was at 7:30 despite what we had read online. When I asked about opening at 7 I was told that they don't open at 7 and today both employees had just arrived and didn't have the bagels inside yet. A rude "sorry" was muttered but we were already walking away. It's a shame, heard the food was great!

Foods decent, staff is nice. Need to get on top of your menus and on line profile. Both pics on the website and even the paper menu in your store say Kaiser rolls. You don’t have them. Also, on line menu is confusing. Hard to tell that there are no espresso drinks here.

Nice interior, great staff, excellent selection…but only ONE slice of Taylor ham on my Taylor ham and cheese sandwich? ONE?? When I can go to any other place in town that serves TH sandwiches and get at least three (sometimes four) slices on my sandwich for the same price, it’s hard to justify coming back.

Good place to grab a quick breakfast of bagels at this place. They do get very busy, and it’s remarkable how the staff of 1-2 is doing an amazing job to keep the lines moving and have the food served to the people.
