Terrible attention, since we sat down I felt a hostile atmosphere on her part, I don't know if it's because she's sick of RACISM because there was no other reason, and to leave they were intense wanting to know how much the tip would be and they gave us a bad look… a black woman and a “white” (european) lady with short hair. I won't go again, it's horrible to pay for a service and feel uncomfortable as if you were asking for things for free. The only kind person was the Latin waitress.

came in about 9, waitress said she's be right back. NEVER came back. another waitress felt sorry for us and finally brought me a cup of coffee and took my order. the waitress who refused to wait on me had to sit down to take orders and was cooking even though there were plenty of cooks, was waiting on food so why could she not take my order. i would like feedback. you cannot get through on the phone to talk to anyone at the store or corporate.

came in around lunch time, took forever for someone to take my order, only thing i didn’t need to complain about was the sweet tea! waffle house is never really professional but this blew every other waffle house out of the water, i got a hashbrown bowl and it felt like i was eating dry stale cereal (without milk) and all the workers were running around yelling it was hard to even focus eating my rock hard hashbrowns overall shitty experience, came one time at night and everything was amazing, lunch shift do better👎🏽

The waffles were undercooked. The waitress didn't know what hominy grits were. The table was sticky prior to ordering, so we had to get the table cleaned again. Within the hour, I had an upset stomach.

The staff were very friendly but the quality of ingredients is horrible. My waffle was undercooked and mushy. Eggs were ok, and sausage was definitely some frozen something or other. I was very disappointed. I've heard so much buzz about the place I had to stop in but the food is horrible and the building is not maintained well.

There’s one employee there that’s hella lazy. Watches everyone else work. Walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to clean off a table. The lazy employee was just sitting on her a** talking. Rest of the staff was great. Haley was server. Very nice!

Can’t go wrong with Waffle House for breakfast. It was a bit busy the morning we went, but the crew got all the orders in and lined up on the grills to get everything out efficiently. Our food was hot, made as ordered, and delicious. The customer service was top notch!

My family came into town and decided to dine in Saturday and Sunday for breakfast. Selena (on Saturday) and Caitlin (Sunday) gave amazing service. Thank you
First impressions are everything. Just came in, and the area we sat down in looked as if someone recently left, and they didn't get a chance to clean it to turn it over. No problem. We pulled the chairs out and decided to switch it because one was nasty. No problem. We sit down and start looking at the menu. The waitress comes and puts the napkins and cutlery down in front of us at a filthy table. So I ask if the area can be wiped down. She wipes a small section and then looks at me. I just smile, say thank you, and say yal have a good night as we exit the place. Disappointing. There's no way I'll ever be back to this location. Nasty.
